  July 1, 2023. Consult shingle replacement and leaking window with soffit black mold board rot..so assess the plywood section for replacement…RW looked at roof and called shingle supplier for deal price on material on speakerphone. Price states was comparable mid range. Next, writing contract for work “replace shingles over existing shingles assess boards etc. my mistake is I spaced out and signed that. Well you can’t assess anything placing new shingles over old and the mid range price was really good when not having to take off old shingles. After the job…trim of shingles at roof edges look like Helen Keller trimmed it. 5 inches above gutter all the way around house sags so water goes under shingle and behind gutter rotting more wood. I paid ~$6200 for shingle material to RW/$6k for labor=12. Went to shingle supplier and the charge there was invoiced $5100 total, no delivery charge or choice contractor exception reported. Never trust the speakerphone call to material supplier for deals that’s the 2nd time I watched that screw me. And have a construction friend present to look at what your agreeing too. Don’t trust consulting lingo

  Rick and his team installed 3 turbine roof vents on my metal roof. He is very professional and cares about the quality of the work. They did a great job and charged me much less than other quotes I had received and I cant imagine that the higher priced guys could have done any better. I will be contacting them for future projects.

  They came out and replaced my mom's decking boards and made sure it was safe. Some of the wood was rotten. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely use them again.

  We had several people come out to quote us on fixing some flashing and resealing an old chimney. We were told we either needed a new roof or that they would have to tear down the unused chimney $$$. Didn't seem like anyone wanted to take the time and just reseal it. Someone gave me Ricky's number and right away I could tell he was different. He was nice and understanding of what we wanted done. Great communication, stayed in contact to let us know when he could come by and followed through with what he said he would do. We highly recommend him! Appreciate his honesty and being reasonable! Thank you!

  Ricky did an amazing job on the gutters for our home and storage building. He was very professional, work hard, cleaned up all the mess. He showed up on time and was reasonably priced. Ricky always does great work!

  The absolute best out there. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I used them for roof repairs on a botched metal roof install from another contractor. Sure wish I had know about RW before. Highly recommend and they will be my go to contractors for any and all home improvements. Also pricing was very reasonable.

  RW Home Improvements did exactly what they said with quick, efficient service. Prices were more than reasonable, less than the original estimate and communication was excellent. Replaced two worn out boots on my roof. Other companies wanted to replace the complete roof for thousands of dollars. Would definitely be willing to hire for other home improvements. Highly recommended this company.
