We had our home inspected as we are in the process of selling. Upon inspection of the roof (6yrs old) there were several issues related to installation. The installer, Affordable Roofing Co. has refused any responsibility as warranty is no longer valid. We’ve had several issues where they’ve had to come back and fix a problem just few days after installing our new roof. I wasn’t happy with the front of our roof at the time of installation he kept assuring me that my roof was good . Now we have all these issues upon inspection. I would not recommend this company. They will not stand behind there workship.

Never returned my request for a quote. They may be busy, but a courtesy call is appropriate, right? Just saying...

Great service. Took care of all clean up. Came back and fixed a couple small things that we requested. Showed up on time and completed work when estimated

Gotta give a shout out to Mike and his people for making my mother extremely happy with her new reconstructed bathroom. Again Noone does it quite like Michael and company. Very affordable and always cleans up after the job.

Mike and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, Mike’s kindness, professionalism, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure or upselling: just an honest assessment of what we needed and quality materials to match. The team treated our home and yard with great care, and the cleanup was outstanding. They left everything spotless: no nails, no debris, just a clean space and a roof we’re very proud of. We’re so grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for quality work with exceptional customer service!

These guys were great! Very efficient, knew what they were doing, didn’t waste any time and completed the job quickly. They started on time and finished on time. They cleaned up after they finished too! I highly recommend them if your roof is in need of repairs!

I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to recommend Affordable Roofing. Mike was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and then move me to the front of the line because I had a leak. Francisco and his crew are highly trained and very efficient, courteous, very hard-working . Do not misinterpret Francisco‘s broken English as lack of knowledge or his dedication to excellence in his job performance. Cleanup was immaculate. If I had the ability to change something, I don’t know what I’d ask for as a change. I highly recommend that you call Affordable Roofing for any roofing issues that you have.

They did awesome job and weather was a factor in our area BUT Mike stayed in contact and kept us informed. We didn't give them a date we needed completed so we were flexible. Great crew, great clean up, friendly, best price and would definitely hire again!!!!

I had a great experience with Affordable Roofing. I had 4 different quotes and I am so happy with my decision. I appreciated that Mike really walked me through the whole process and the materials which most companies did not do. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. The crew was great as well and cleaned up even better than I thought they would. Definitely recommend.

I concur w/ the many other reviews; Mike offered the same GAF products as his competitors, but at a far lower price than most. Mike is a master elite GAF installer & his crew clearly knew what they were doing. From the time his crew arrived at the house until they finished the job, they were very organized & they seemed to be conscientious about their work too. They worked quickly, did a good job & left the place as clean as it was when they drove up. If you need a new roof put on your house; I'd give Mike/Affordable Roofing a call; he'll offer you a good deal.

Part of our roof blew off during the winds from hurricane Helene. We got several quotes and were most impressed with Affordable Roofing, not only was the quote a lot more reasonable in price, but Mike also came in and sat down with us and explained the whole process in great detail which we really appreciated, only one other person did that. Mike and his team did an awesome job, our roof looks beautiful, no cost cutting short cuts, and they did it in one day. Everything was cleaned up afterwards as well. We got an awesome warranty and also purchased an additional warranty for not to much more money. They have a Master Elite certification thru GAF, (and if you read up on what that means, which I did, it will give you more peace of mind). I highly highly recommend them!
