These guys advertise emergency services on Google. Contacted on 9/6, provided requested info. 9/10-still no response. Don't take the call, and say you'll follow up, then ghost someone!

I dropped the ball on this one and I am sincerely sorry. Your call came in on a Saturday while I was out of town. I should’ve put it in my calendar to remind me to call you back. I am sorry we let you down. We will use this as an opportunity to learn and make changes where necessary so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for giving us a chance with your initial call!

While replacing sliding glass doors on my home we found an undetected roof leak that had been doing damage. With a phone call Garrett helped the immediate problem and offered options for a more permanent solution and appears to likely be replacing my roof. Thanks for your prompt attention and service in this matter. Your professionalism and care for client are refreshing.

We really appreciate you noticing the professionalism and care, and we’ll be ready to help when you’re ready to move forward with the roof replacement.
