  Initial work to install our roof was fine. They agreed to do some additional work and then kept putting off the date. Ultimately, they ghosted us. I had to call from a different number to get them to answer the phone. Very disappointing.

  Terrible experience. Please look at reviews from a variety of websites to get a better overview. Reviews on a company website are often selective. We were referred by a friend who got excellent service. We did not. Spent $16,500 6 years ago, several issues, very poor quality, won't return messages, didn't show for appt and didn't cancel. Looks like we may have to pay another company to fix issues ($4000). Warranty = do not appear to honor warranty

  The workmanship is not good at all. Our roof has started to show patches where the "paint' or color has started to wear and the bare metal is showing. Nail holes all through our soffits. the edges were not properly finished. Lots of problems.Think carefully about whom you hire to do this job.

  I've had the exact same experience as veronica vincent, the worst company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT hire them.

  Did not do the job we hired them to do. Did only a partial job. Received no paperwork even after leaving many messages. No return phone calls. Really bad business.

  Called for an estimate appointment over almost 2 weeks ago. Was told would have to be on a Saturday at noon. Missed out on a family function so I could be home. By 1:30pm was getting impatient so called the company and the woman I spoke to who was very nice 2 weeks ago answered. I asked about my appointment which she acted surprised that I would think I had one on a Saturday. The phone cut out. I tried to call back several times but my calls go STRAIGHT to voicemail....

  RVM did an amazing job installing our new metal roof. From replacing all the rotten sheeting to installing new barge boards and fascia, the work was completed with a high level of professionalism. Rudy and his crew worked extremely hard and showed great craftsmanship throughout the entire project. It was clear they take real pride in their work, and the final result looks fantastic. Miriam was also great in every communication that was sent including estimates, work schedule, and payment. I would highly recommend RVM to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

  RVM was professional from start to finish. We had a new roof and gutters installed and they are beautiful! The quality of work is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

  RVM did an amazing job on our roof!! They were really great scheduling an estimate, keeping up on communication with scheduling questions, finance questions, and even color questions!! They were even kind enough to send color samples out as we had a hard time picking which color given how they appear in shade or sun. Once it came time to replace our roof they were so efficient at clearing the old roof, removing the old leaky skylights and repairing/replacing g the roof decking all in a day!! Rudy and his team were so friendly!! The new roof took a couple days to install and I’m bummed I didn’t get to see them using the cool roller to make the roof panels, but the end product looks so amazing!! We’ve had our new roof for a couple weeks now and have already noticed a huge change in how much cooler it keeps our house on these hot summer days! Thank you RVM for providing such a great product and service at a reasonable cost!! We appreciate you!!

  We're loving our new roof. It looks great and has held up to this season's high winds and downpours. The work was done right on time, and while I wasn't on-site during the job, I could tell that the crew really made an effort to clean up.

  We used RVM All Metal Roofing for our 3 story commercial mini storage. RVM did a great job putting a new roof after the previous metal roof from Mt Baker Roofing flew off over time. I highly recommend RVM! - Jeff Kenoyer
