Very professional work! I called 5 places for an estimate and Zair gave me the best offer. He explained me very clearly what work would be done and finished it in the promised timeline. Totally recommend this place for roofing work!

This company did an excellent job replacing my roof, however I was unsure because another 'roofer' proceeded to tell me the work was very poor. Zair, the spokesman for Rule The Roof agreed to hire and pay for, a professional roof inspector …

Rule the Roof was professional in all aspects of the job, from providing a quote to finishing my roof. The work was completed in a day and the price was comparable and fair. The area around my home was cleaned up, they left my property as they found it. I would recommend their services.

I had them redo my roof and siding after last year's hailstorm. They were fast, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. The quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent, and they kept everything within the budget we discussed. The roof looks great, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with Zair and his team .. had an urgent repair done to ridge caps before we get 100 mm rain this weekend, while most roofers will take advantage of the situation, Zair and his team charged me fair price for repair and went above and beyond to seal other vents , chimney areas in the roof . They were honest and told me my existing roof is good and will last a few years , while most roofers will advise a replacement even if roof is good , I appreciate the honesty. Cho from Zaire team did exceptional work with my roof / ridge cap repair.

RuletheRoof just completed reshingling our roof in early June/2026. Zair and his crew did a great job from start to finish . Zair was top notch in all aspects of the job: communicating with us, sending the estimate, explaining how and what was to be done, getting the job done when promised, and ensuring we were happy with the job. RuletheRoof is a company you can definitely trust to do a first rate job.

I needed to repair damaged vinyl siding, called Zair who came to the house as arranged and provided good competitively priced solutions to the various issues. His guys came to the house as planned and did a knock up professional job, and with a 5-year guarantee. I'd highly recommend Zair and his crew, and I would not hesitate to use them again. In a world of cowboys, it is nice to work with someone who is as honest, straightforward and reliable as Zair. Great job.

The guys from RTR did an inspection on my roof after the massive wind a couple of weeks ago. I called a couple of other companies prior to contacting RTR but they kept changing the time and wouldn't accommodate my schedule. Zair and his teammate were very puntual, professional and clean work - made sure to protect my eaves and siding. I got a very detailed report too. I'm definitely going with them when the time for roof replacement comes.
