Hello Mina, Sorry to hear that your siding got damaged by wind. Our warranty does not cover any hail or wind damage. Hail or wind damage are considered as a natural disaster and not workmanship fault. If you contact us at info@novacladexteriors.com we can help you out. Thank you.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a company. I went through a hail storm and found them to quote my roof and siding. Everything was going smooth until another contractor came to do the siding. I questioned this and was told they were just using a trailer with someone else's companies name on it, didn't believe them. On the final walk through I pointed out issues with the j channel that looked very poor. He justified his workers poor quality work, then sent another "quality control" and he agreed some were acceptable and some were not. They returned and did another half job and left. After the 5th visit were still not even close to right. He also explained to me that I got a deal and I told him I would rather have a quality product then a deal.

My experience with Nova Clad was positive from start to finish. I required repairs from hail damage to my siding and roof. They were quick to give a quote and were very responsive with any followup questions throughout the process. The work was done well and quickly. Pictures of the finished roof repairs were also provided promptly.

Following the major hailstorm in Brooks, my husband and I were approached by Mihir from NovaClad Roofing and Exteriors Inc., who had travelled from Calgary to offer assistance. After doing my research and reading consistently positive reviews, as well as confirming that the company is accredited with the Better Business Bureau, I decided to proceed with NovaClad for my repairs. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Mihir conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, and all trades involved completed their work efficiently, on schedule, and to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout — Mihir was always accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. We would not hesitate to recommend NovaClad Roofing and Exteriors Inc. to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality service.

Amazing service! I struggled with the insurance companies preferred vendor for months. Little to no communication as to when repairs from last August hail storm would be completed. My growing frustration caused me to look elsewhere for exterior house repairs. I contacted Novaclad on a Thursday afternoon and within 20 minutes Mahir was at my house to have a look and give an estimate!!! I contacted my insurance company to change vendors immediately and received approval to do so the following day. That Friday supplies were being delivered for a Monday start! Incredible! I went from zero communication and response to immediate response and full communication throughout the project! I couldn’t be happier with Mahir and his team. They were very approachable when I had questions, came in and got the job done quickly and with quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Mahir and his team to get the job done quickly and professionally!! Thank you Novaclad for a positive contractor experience!
