  Total clownshow. Supposed to be working on my neighbors house but they have ladders and garbage all over my yard. No respect and rude. Do not reccomend. Avoid these clowns at all cost.

  I purchased a house 13 years ago with a "30 year roof" that was replaced in 2012 with cedar shakes. Our roof has been leaking in random spots ever since we purchased this property. I have had a few contractors inspect the roof over the years to find that the nails used were not long enough, and backed off, causing water intrusion. They have repaired by using a roof sealant over the nails that backed off.. My review may not be relevant as I am not the original home owner who got the work done. But I felt I needed to make this review to make other's aware. This was a $25k job done in 2012 by the previous owners.. Just disgusted in the work they did . Pics to follow

As such, we’re unfortunately not able to speak to the specifics of the original installation. Cedar shake roofing systems do require ongoing maintenance over time, and without knowing what work or upkeep has been done over the years, it’s difficult to determine the root cause of the issues. In many cases, concerns like fasteners backing out can be influenced by a number of factors over time, including natural material movement, ventilation, and underlying substrate conditions. That said, we take concerns like this seriously and always stand behind the quality of the work we complete.   Pete, You sent back your signed quote on June 2nd at 10:14, with three adjustments that you had made to our Contract. We replied back to you on the same day at 10:15 stating, that as a Company we would not agree to your adjustments made to our contract and if you wanted to proceed, then to send it back without your adjustments. You did not send back the original contract and we did not here back from YOU until this review. Best regards, Meerkat Roofing In response to your response Pete, all I did was go into our data base and check the dates on the emails. I reported what I seen in the email chain. I also have records of the emails? Regardless, you chose not to sign a copy of our contract without all your hand written notes and demands on them, that's fine. YOUR CHOICE and ours not to proceed with the adjusted document? End of the story.

  Terrible! workmanships when the siding was installed on my house house. For the past 6 years I have had multiple siding companies come out and make repairs as required, As you can see by the photos attached the siding is either to tight or to loose and is over 70% warped over the entire house, Meerkat did come out and make some repairs in the past unfortunately that didn't last longer then 1 to 2 years depending on the specific area. In conclusion the exterior of house looks like XXXX and the only way to have this fixed correctly is to have the entire house re-sided! Hey who doesn't have thousands of dollars laying around to fund these mistakes!

  Unfortunately Steven, this is not an issue with the workmanship but rather one of the material. You can make a claim at any time for the warping Siding but that by no means is an install issue. We did not do the job for you but rather the couple who owned the home before you bought it. None the less, we came back to your home and did all the repairs that you had mentioned at no charge to you, regardless of the fact that you were not even our customer! Here is our notes: On November 25th 2019 Jordaniel made the following notes on the file “ Repaired all the area that the homeowner pointed out even this was out of warranty. Secured the upper siding on the left hand side elevation. Fixed the J-trim on the porch roof. Secured a piece of siding on the right hand side by the garage. Steve is happy about the repair”. Steven was not charged for these repairs. As mentioned you can make a claim with the manufacture for the material. Best Regards,

  Initially, I was very impressed. Paul came to the house, explained the process and told me to expect an email quote within 2-3 business days. However, I never did hear back from the company, and when I called Paul to follow-up, he was very dismissive and told me that he wouldn't help me and that it was my responsiblity to call the office and track down the quote. Not the response I would have expected for a company that wants my business.

  Poor workmanship by Meerkat Roofing has resulted in damage to our roof due to last week's wind storm. When I contacted them, they were very rude and would't send someone to inspect the roof. Very unprofessional and will never use their services again.

  I am sorry you feel this way but I also can not confirm anything about this area as you called in another Company to fix it. Our receptionist would never be rude and she is very professional in all her dealings with the public. Of coarse we always send people out to inspect any roof we've done but maybe not the exact moment that you wanted. Once again, I'm sorry you feel this way and I wish you all the best.

  Don’t know about their roofing, but their truck drivers definitely don’t know how to drive. Drive Very rough, excessively speed, and don’t show indicators. License plate CGG 1062

  The work was very well done on my roof replacement. They cleaned up the site afterwards, I have not found a single nail. Also hooked up additional venting that was not properly connected from the kitchen and bathroom.

  Meerkat's crew led by Bryan were awesome they arrived early and worked hard all day putting Hardie board up replacing our cedar siding.Even when concerns came up they handled them and completed the job extremely well and on time.I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done.
