Disappointing experience, quality is lacking in some of the work and a unwillingness to acknowledge the poorly performed work, and do neccessary corrections.

My negative review is based on Alfa’s inaction to address deficiencies relating the replacement of all the gutters on our house. Specifically, they did not seal the holes left in the facia from the old gutters and have not addressed other more minor caulking pickups that we identified once we saw that the holes from the old gutters were open to the weather. Despite Alfa indicating on several occasions that they would come out to do this, it has been a year and it is time to move on and find an alternate contractor to come out and do this work. We are quite concerned that the extended exposure and the large amount of rain we have had, has allowed water behind the facia and we need to get this fixed. My recommendation is to ensure a thorough inspection is completed and final payment delayed until all deficiencies are completed. Circumstances prevented us from doing that, but would highly recommend to others that extra effort is warranted with this contractor.

We had Alfa roofing contract the work after the hail storm in 2023. It is May of 2024. We are finally able out of pocket to replace all there terrible work after the insurance company paid them to do this job. However we are still to this day picking up roofing and siding nails. Constantly having tires repaired from roofing and siding nails. I have 2 coffee cans FULL of nails. That’s just the beginning. The eaves leaked. All the time. Out of the corners. They were cut so they land right on the sidewalk. They fascia was bubbling and getting water behind it. We were told that’s their best crew and the best to be done. The cuts and joints are absolutely atrocious. They made a ton of excuses and were not easy to get ahold of or communicate with. Would not recommend there work. NOTE on response. THIS PRROJECT WAS NOT COMPLETED IN THE WINTER.... There was ZERO snow on the ground, JIM will tell you himself hence reaching out to his insurance company of his dissatisfaction. He still OWNED the house at the time of the conversation. ALL your company did was throw excuse after excuse. I was there for every conversation. I was there when they discussed with us about the work needing to be done. WE addressed our concerns multiple times. NOT ONCE did your company agree to come and correct the situation. We have had multiple companies come out and have a look at the repairs including our new current insurance company adjuster who have all stated it is a horrible Job. ALL the way around. The siding was horrendous. The Soffit and eaves are horrendous and the Eaves STILL LEAK. We will ensure that everyone we know. Knows to stay clear of this company. All they do is lay excuses and have piss poor workmanship. You are welcome to contact Jim to discuss he will most definitely tell you his displeasures. We have also filed a formal complaint with the insurance company That we have had all the work redone and MULTIPLE FLAT TIRE REPAIRS> WE had to buy our own magnet.

If you can't read the large "NO SOLICITING" sign on my door why would I want to use your company for business? We know our roof is dated and we will only use intelligent companies that don't leave garbage on our door.

Work customer service I have ever experienced! We had gone through our insurance to have our roof replaced - worst thing we could have done. From the very beginning Alfa Roofing was a horror show. No one had even bothered to call us to tell us when our roof would be done, we found out when we got home one evening and shingles were on the roof. The "roofers" then proceeded to start doing the job the next morning when a snow storm was on the way. The whole job was a joke. Trying to speak with Jayson proved to be a total waste of time. He was rude, condescending and completely incompetent. The same can be said for his father Lynn. They made myself and my husband feel like we were stupid to have voiced our concerns over the roofing job. About one month after the roof was finished, shingles had actually begun to come loose and one even detached and is now sitting in our gutter. There are roofing nails and debris all over our property, and to all this Jayson had told us that the roof looked "awesome," Since this ordeal we have had not one, but two other roofers and adjusters come out to inspect Alfa's job and BOTH have concluded that the entire roof needs to be redone. Great job, Alfa! Looks like our concerns were right from the beginning. Wouldn't let these guys roof a doghouse!

Thank you so much, Cody, for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We know choosing a roofing contractor is a big decision, so it means a lot that you chose ALFA after doing your research. It was a pleasure installing your new GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system, upgrading your home with GAF Ultra High Definition Class 4 shingles, and replacing your Velux skylight. It's great to hear that you're happy with both the process and the finished result. We also appreciate you recognizing the efforts of Cody, Breanne, Ryan and his crew, and Tylor. The little details matter to us, whether it's taking extra care during an attic inspection, keeping the jobsite clean, or using installation methods that help your roof perform for years to come. Your recommendation to your parents' neighbour is something we value tremendously. Thank you again for your trust and support. We hope you enjoy your new roof and skylight for many years to come. We had ALFA roofing reshingle the main house, and now we required the flat roof on the garage to be rebuilt. Kelly at ALFA was really impressive, quickly develped a quote (three days). They started the job two weeks later and it was complete in 3 days. Always availabe for questions Kelly and his team are really professional and treated us extremely well. The roof looks great, it hasn't rained yet, but I am confident this will last a long while.

We had a neighbor refer us to Alfa. They were quick to get back to us and Kelly came out to do the assessment and quote. He took a video on the roof to share what he found. Then the office sent us an estimate and the following week one of their crews arrived to complete the work. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. The work was completed professionally and quickly. Now we know why they have a AAA rating with the BBB! We recommend them if you need work done on your home.
