We had a leak in the corner of our living room that showed up with every hard rain, and two other companies just wanted to slap some sealant on it and call it done. RP came out and actually got up there and found where the flashing had pulled away near the chimney. They walked me through it with photos so I could see the problem myself instead of just taking their word for it. The repair took most of a day and they matched the shingles close enough that you really have to look to notice any difference. What sold me was that they didn't try to talk me into a whole new roof when I didn't need one. Been through a couple of heavy rains since and the corner is bone dry now. The paperwork was clear about what they did and what the warranty covers, which made things easy when I had a question a week later. Fair pricing for what turned out to be a real fix and not a band-aid.

RP did a full roof replacement on our place last month. The new shingles are darker than what we had and the house honestly looks like a different home from the curb. They replaced some of the underlayment too because parts of it were soft. …

Full replacement on a ranch With two layers To tear off.Rp pulled it down to the deck, swapped a few rotted boards near the chimney, and added new shingles on by dinner. Roof looks clean from the curb and they cleared the gutters of debris while they were at.
