  I am a retired union carpenter of 45 years. I just had Baltic’s “Roofing Specialist “ tell me they wouldn’t replace my roof without selling me additional work I didn’t want, need, or request. I have had several estimates for the same job and none of the others required any other work. Don’t waste your time with this company!!!!

  Darius showed up on time with a little boy with him. Without inspecting the roof, he launched into a sales pitch that reminded me of a used car salesman. It was my Mother's hose, so I had to interrupt him to stop his sales pitch and introduce him to my Mother, the owner of the house. He continued to speak to me as if she was not there. He brought us outside where he took out his little laser pointer and without ever going on the roof and inspecting, started telling us all the things wrong with our house, not just the roof. My Mother was a single Mother with two kids and had to make choices and sometimes hired a handyman that took some shortcuts, After continuing to insult the home, I asked him to please move on and let's discuss the other problems. Darius got EXTREMELY confrontational being very unprofessional. He left quickly with his little boy, saying he would contact us with a quote. He emailed my 74 year old Mother on Thanksgiving morning saying they would not do the job. He could not be bothered to even make a phone call on a business day. The most unprofessional company we had over for a quote.

Unfortunately, price concern was brought up to us only after the work was completed. Our focus is to provide the best workmanship, be efficient and make sure that our customers’ lives are disrupted as little as possible when we work on their homes. We believe we delivered that.

  We take our work very seriously. In this case, it was a very windy day, and although we tried to protect the property as much as possible, some falling shingles might have damaged 2 screens. When Ms. Brandani contacted her homeowner’s association and our office in regards this issue, we immediately came back the same day and repaired screens were put back in place the next evening. Unfortunately, we were not repairing the remaining screens, since they had burn marks and not rip-marks that would’ve been caused by falling debris. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and if you felt that we called you a liar, even though we never did. We respect all our customers and if there are any misunderstandings we solve them in a professional manner with the utmost respect.

  Baltic Roofing repaired our gutters after a tree fell during a storm. He came out the same day I called and the repair was done the following week. I have used Baltic Roofing in the past several times. Darius is always extremely responsive and very professional.

  Baltic does amazing work. I've had Roofing work done in the past, but the quality of the work was poor. Baltic is who I recommend to all of my friends and family. They are #1 in customer satisfaction and quality of work.

  I recently had had a new roof and gutters installed by Baltic Roofing. This is a very professional operation. The owner did an inspection, presentation, and estimate and answered all my questions. Once we decided to use Baltic, they immediately went into action. In a short time all the work was completed to my satisfaction. I was impressed with their installation process - organized, systematic, thorough. Owner visited job site and did final inspection. Job site was left clean. My dog and I found no nails. Baltic is a certified Owen-Corning contractor and their workers are trained in the Owens-Corning installation system. The underlayment and shingles used were top notch. The gutter system was heavy duty and beautiful. There was attention to detail throughout the job. And, they have a local office with staff that actually answers the phone and gives call backs. Highly recommended!

  Can't speak highly enough of Darius and the entire team at Baltic Roofing! From the initial consultation to the planning process with Darius you could tell he really cared, something hard to find these days which was a breathe of fresh air. They completed a roof repair/upgrade with ridge vents and attics vents. I will be using them again in the future for our next project :)

  Baltic did an incredible job on our roof installation. From the consultation to project completion, Darius was there for support and to answer any questions that we had. The roof itself looks beautiful and I feel secure knowing the job was done correctly. I truly can't recommend them enough!
