A neighbor recommended them to me, and now I understand why their roofing crew has such a strong reputation. My experience with the roof replacement and new gutters was excellent from start to finish. They were patient and very helpful during the shingle selection, explained the roofing materials and process in simple terms, and always answered my questions quickly. I handled this roofing project on my own and was treated with respect the whole time. I never felt talked down to, and the team made everything easy to understand. The workmanship was impressive, especially since my home has a very steep roof pitch and several complicated roof lines and intersections. The finished roof system looks great, and the gutters were installed neatly and professionally. The inspector also noted the high quality of the installation, which gave me even more confidence in the work. Everyone involved, from the first estimate to the job foreman, roofing crew, and office staff, was friendly, organized, and professional. They kept the job moving smoothly, cleaned up well, and made the whole process stress-free. I would gladly use them again for any future roofing or gutter work.

We are very happy with our roof replacement from Espinoza Brothers Roofers Company. The price was fair and competitive compared with the other roofing estimates we received. Derek, the project manager, was easy to work with and quick to answer every question and concern we had from start to finish. The roofing crew was professional, respectful, and very hard-working. Our roof was not very large, around 12 squares, but we were impressed by how fast and organized the whole process was. From shingle delivery to tear-off, installation, and final cleanup, the job was finished in about 9 hours. They kept the property clean, worked safely, and made the entire roofing project feel smooth and stress-free. The new roof looks excellent, and the shingle installation was done with great attention to detail. Most importantly, we now have peace of mind knowing our home in Romeoville is well protected through changing Illinois weather, including strong storms, wind, rain, and snow. With so many roofers to choose from, it can be hard to know who to trust, but we highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable roofing services.

I really appreciated the quick help from Espinoza Brothers Roofers Company with the roof issue I had. Roger returned my phone message, arrived on time, inspected the problem, and clearly explained what was going on. We also talked about a few other concerns I had about the roofing system, flashing, and eaves, and after the inspection I received a detailed estimate right when he said I would. The repair needed to be handled fast because there was water getting in, which had damaged the underlayment and some wood near the eaves. Roger and his crew moved quickly, stayed in touch by text and email, and kept me updated through the whole roofing repair process. They fixed the damaged area very well, checked other parts of the roof for possible trouble spots, and made everything look like nothing had ever happened. When the work was done, the area was completely cleaned up and I did not have to do anything. They later returned to install a solar tube skylight with the same professional service and solid workmanship. I was very pleased with the communication, the timing, and the quality of the roof repair and installation work.

We had six other roofing and tuckpointing contractors look at the leaking balcony roof that was letting water into our living room in Romeoville, and every one of them said it needed a different trade. Espinoza Brothers Roofers Company was the only one that confidently said the problem could be fixed. Marvin explained the repair plan in simple terms, including the custom scupper work and new waterproofing needed to stop the leak the right way. They moved quickly, scheduled the work as soon as weather conditions allowed for proper waterproofing installation, and made our active leak a priority. The crew completed the repair with real skill and attention to detail, and the balcony roof has been performing great since then. We also appreciated getting a warranty for added peace of mind. It was a difficult roofing issue, but their experience, knowledge, and craftsmanship solved it and gave us confidence in our home again.

While looking for the best roofer to replace my roof, Espinoza Brothers Roofers Company kept coming up with strong recommendations, and I’m glad to add mine as well. I had bad experiences before with roofing work done by other contractors, so I know how stressful it is when leaks start, water comes into the house, and ceiling stains show up after storms. After the new roof and skylights were installed, I waited through several heavy rain events before posting this review, and everything has performed perfectly. The roof looks great, the skylights came out beautiful, and the whole system feels solid and professionally done. Roger did a very thorough roof inspection from both the exterior and the attic, showed me clear photos of the problem areas, listened carefully to what I needed, and explained the repair and replacement options in simple terms. I also appreciated how he went over the roofing materials in detail, from the shingles and flashing to the underlayment and even the nails, and left samples and product names so I could review everything myself. He was also the only person I spoke with who pointed out that replacing the skylights could qualify for a tax rebate, which was really helpful. The installation was completed in one day, the crew worked efficiently, and the cleanup was excellent. They even vacuumed the rooms under the skylights, which showed real care and professionalism. Overall, this was a smooth roofing experience with high-quality workmanship, good communication, and results I feel confident about.

I contacted several roofers and most either never called back or pushed the estimate way out. This roofing team came out within a day to inspect the roof and provide a clear quote. After I paid the deposit, I expected the materials for the shingle color I chose and the permit process to take a while, but they moved much faster than expected and were ready to begin the job that same weekend. The crew finished the roofing work quickly and did an excellent job from start to finish. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, especially the flashing, the chimney sealing, and the way they handled the roof ventilation. They also replaced some damaged trim, patched the plywood where the old roof vents had been, and properly set up the ridge vent system for better airflow. They even hauled away an old attic vent and blended the area neatly so everything matched the new shingles. Derek and the crew were professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the whole project. The finished roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship really stands out. I am extremely happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We worked with Derek from Espinoza Brothers Roofers Company for our roof replacement after hail damage. It was a detailed roofing job because we also had an insurance claim, interior paint touch-ups, and new gutters included. From start to finish, communication was clear, fast, and accurate, and the workmanship on the shingles, gutters, and overall roof system was excellent. This was the second time I used them for roofing work, and I would gladly call them again for any future roof repair or replacement. I have also recommended them to my parents and brother, and they had great experiences as well.
