  Ignored No soliciting sign. I pointed the sign out and informed Jaden Gutierrez that he must register with the village to go door to door, and legally must observe the signs. He said no and that he was still going to knock anyway. I can’t speak to their services, but I’d highly advise against hiring someone who knowingly and intentionally ignores city laws.

  I wanted to give a better review, but I cannot. The communication was excellent at first, then I could not get ahold of J.T. to save my life. On the day of the siding installation, J.T.'s brother was there for a bit, then left. The project manager left after a while. One side looks awesome, the other side of my house I was not happy with a couple of areas. There was no one to talk to about it that day! I finally got J.T. to come back out and "fix it". Was not fixed to my satisfaction but I realized that was never going to happen. I am super disappointed in the whole situation. He was going to help me with my roof...I'm still waiting.

  Had started to work with company to get replacement of roof. Filed claim with insurance. When it came back at less than full replacement, the owner who we were working with absolutely ghosted us. Didn't return calls or messages, even though we were prepared to pay the difference ourselves. There are much better companies out there working for your business.

  They don’t call back or respond. They don’t want money so find someone who will. PS Rick does not tell it like it is even though he likes to think he does.

  I wish I could give 0 stars for 0 service. 2 no call no shows to come give us an estimate for a full replacement roof. I guess they don't need anymore customers, so don't bother calling them.

  Bryan inspected our roof and completed repairs following hail damage. He was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire process was straightforward, and the quality of the work was excellent. Great company and great service.   Great local roofing/siding company in Woodridge serving the western Chicago suburbs. I worked with them for a hail damage situation. Communication is excellent. JT at 3JM explained things every step of the way and took all the time necessary to make sure I understood the product, process, pricing, etc. Highly recommended.

  We’ve worked with 3JM twice over the past five years, once for tornado damage and once for hail, and both experiences were outstanding. JT and his crew go above and beyond. They’re incredibly transparent, take the time to educate you throughout the process, and deliver top-notch results. We highly recommend them. Huge thanks to the entire team, especially JT!

  Great work by Danny Stevens (coordinator) and all crews involved with replacing roof, gutters and siding (Hardie Board). Excellent cleanup by everyone. 3JM worked with my insurance company and stayed within the insurance estimate. Quality material and work on all segments. Highly recommended.

  I highly recommend 3JM for your roofing needs. We had severe hail damage to our roof, gutters, and skylights, which 3JM expertly replaced once our insurance claim was approved. All work was performed in a timely fashion with excellent communication throughout the process. Very professional too.

  Incredible Business!! August of 2024 one of my skylights was leaking, i called around and multiple companies just wanted to patch around the light for a quick buck, but not 3JM! They came out to do an inspection and afterwards advised they would submit a claim through insurance and explained the whole process.They also tarped the slylight to prevent further problems, which other companies wanted to charge me for. Welp insurance (sf) did what insurance does and tried the cheap fixes until 3JM team replied back multiple times telling insurance what they were doing was wrong and against the manufacturers policies/procedures. So it went from one skylight flashing being replaced (20+ year old light), to a patch job around the skylight, to 2 skylights being replaced and half the roof, which 3JM came out again to show half could not be done due to the overlap at the ridge. Insurance finally gave in and called for a full replacement approx 1.5 years later! The install went very smooth and looks amazing!! Big shoutout to Mikey G who kept in touch the whole process and also to the 3JM team who fought for me and WON!
