  We want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Nick and Ashley for the many months of hard work they put into replacing our roof. From start to finish, this was truly the best service we have ever received. Sean, the foreman, and the entire crew were outstanding. Sean took the time to explain why our roof had problems in the first place and patiently walked us through every step of the work that needed to be done. The team treated our home and the area around it with great care throughout the entire process, which meant a lot to us. We had a complete tear-off and plywood replacement, and we could not be happier with the results. If we ever need this kind of work again, they will absolutely be our first call. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

  Want to take the time to leave a review and thank everyone at Excel. Our home had exterior storm damage and wanted to find a local contractor. We talked with Nick who helped us with the process of our insurance claim and kept great communication with them. His roofing team was professional and got the work done in a timely manner. Ashley has answered our million questions with ease and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend to work with Excel. Will update with pictures once we get a chance.

  Recently we had Nick and his team to repair our house in the Chicago north suburbs. Our house had a stucco structure, and over the years the rain has caused leaking and cracks in the walls and windows. Over the past three years we had many contractors inspected our home, but we weren’t satisfied with their solutions. Through a friend’s recommendation, we found Nick, who came many many times to inspect our home and give helpful advice about the roofing, windows, and siding. The significant first step was to work with my insurance company. Nick has excellent experience and very knowledgeable. Our insurance claims included gutter, roofing, windows, and siding. The whole process was very clear, and every step was communicated thoroughly to us by Nick, who also listened to our feedback and opinions. We’re lucky to have gone with Nick and his team!! I would love to recommend Nick and his company to you.

  Nick and Excel Home Improvement installed a new proof for my house. Nick helped me deal with my insurance. Without Nick's hard work, my insurance wouldn't agree to replace my roof. I am happy with the that. I even gave Nick's contact to my friend to install a new roof for her house too.

  We recently changed our roof and siding with Excel. Excellent service. Nick is a great manager that worked for us to file the insurance claim and got it through. It was a long process and not an easy case. At the beginning of the project, we did let several companies to come to give a free inspection and estimate. Nick was the most knowledgeable among them and gave us confidence that he could get the claim through. He made it finally. When it comes to filing insurance claims for roofs and sidings, do not do it yourself, do not think anyone out there can achieve the same results with your insurance, and do never believe storm chasers who knock on your door and tell you can get a free roof. Give Nick a call and let him do the work.
