  I had gutters installed by Royal Contractors in March 2022. Since the first rainfall, they have leaked. They have returned four times and can still not fix the problem. The gutters are also not pitched correctly, so the leak has water dripping from it for several days after each rainfall. The constant dripping water has destroyed my front porch steps. My advice is to stay far away from this company. They do not know how to install gutters!

  They installed Gutters in April and now there is an issue with an area of the gutters that is in need of repair. We have contacted them many times and they are not responsive!

  I hired this company a few months ago and tried my best to give them a chance to fix the issue they have caused before posting this review. The sales people promised me that the installers are experts and will know how to install gutters that wont leak and can handle the water from the roof. Fast forward 3 months and the gutters have completely failed. They came out several times to level the gutters but after calling them out they told me that they didnt claim to be experts at gutters. I have 2 failed gutters that i will have to hire another company to fix. Both of those gutters are going to cause foundation issues because water is running down a wall at this point. I have verified that the gutters are not blocked. My only option right now is to seek legal help.

  I had gutters installed in November, had one issue right away and they fixed it immediately. Since then I've had a leak in the corner on one side and a drainage problem. It's been 2 weeks since i contacted them and still waiting for service call; now Laurie won't even return my emails. I know we are all battling pandemic and rain, but this is unacceptable. Bottom line, good service up front, poor service after the sale. I wouldn't chose them again, unfortunately.

  We are well pleased with the work done on our gutters by Royal Contractors North Florida. It made a huge difference with washouts we were experiencing. The screens placed on our gutters prevents us from having to clean the leaves and debris constantly. James & Sharon Jacobs

  Great people to deal with! The price was lower than expected. They were also very fast at completing the job. I gave the go ahead on a Saturday when they were closed and they scheduled the work for Monday. That’s almost unheard of. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing gutters or anything else they provide.

  Royal Contractors did a great job repairing our damaged soffit, fascia and gutters. They gave us a fair price and provided good communication through every step of the process. And the real testament is that during the last couple storms the water was diverted as it should. We thank Royal Contractors for taking good care of us.

  Royal Contractors performed a soffit/fascia repair on my home and gave me complete confidence at every step of the process. They gave a detailed evaluation of the repairs needed, provided a reasonable estimate, and conducted the repairs in very timely fashion. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of exterior home repairs.
