  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Charlie at rosewood roofing. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The crew showed up late multiple times, left trash all over my property, and rushed through the job like they had somewhere better to be. The roof looked sloppy from the beginning, with uneven shingles and exposed nails. Worse, after the first rainstorm, I noticed multiple leaks in areas that had never had issues before. I called the company several times, and either got no answer or was given the runaround. When someone finally came out to “inspect,” they blamed everything but their own work. Now I’m stuck with a leaky roof and the added cost of hiring a real professional to fix what they messed up. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually stands behind their work. This was a total waste of time and money.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring rosewood roofing to work on my roof was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made as a homeowner. Not only was the workmanship absolutely awful—crooked shingles, poor sealing, and multiple leaks within weeks—but the experience dealing with their team was just as bad. One of their workers, Charle, stood out in the worst possible way. He acted like he was doing me a favor just by showing up. Disrespectful, lazy, and constantly on his phone, Charle talked back when I asked simple questions and clearly had no interest in doing quality work. It was like watching a spoiled teenager throw a tantrum every time he was asked to do his job. The rest of the crew wasn’t much better, and no one seemed to be in charge or actually inspecting the work being done. I called to complain, and instead of taking responsibility, the company brushed me off. Now I’m stuck with a roof that’s already causing problems and will likely cost me even more money to fix. Avoid this company and their brat-pack crew at all costs.

  John gave us a deposit. John said that he didn’t have the remaining payment so he said that he wasn’t gonna do the roof. The check was never processed and I let them know that I wasn’t able to mail it out yet, but the check has been returned

  I regret to say that my experience with this roofing company has been far from satisfactory. It's apparent that many of the positive reviews are likely generated by people working at a review agency, rather than genuine customers. My company’s interactions with the owner, Charly, have been particularly disappointing. His unprofessional behavior and lack of business acumen are quite evident. At just 20 something years old, he still has much to learn about manners and proper business management. Unfortunately, his operations seem to be quite shady and dishonest. Moreover, his focus has mainly been on financial transactions, rather than providing quality service. Additionally, he has lied about getting the proper paperwork and permits in place prior to starting the job which violates regulations. Get your act together young man, this is not how to operate a business!!

  I contacted a local Facebook group and was highly recommended to go with Rosewood Roofing and Charly. I messaged Charly and he was at my house within 30 minutes to provide an estimate. The work was completed the next day by 2pm. Charly was very communicative, showed elite knowledge, and sat and talked with me for about 20 minutes. You really don't come across this type of professionalism in many young men and Charly has what it takes to take his company to the top. I highly recommend for all your roofing needs!

  I contacted Rosewood Roofing 2 days after Hurricane Milton to replace approx 25 shingles. They arrived within a few hours after calling them and replaced them. They did quality work at a reasonable price.

  Rosewood is one of the most efficient companies I’ve worked with. I use rosewood as an affiliate so they’re responsiveness has a direct effect on my relationships and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do a much of a quality and efficient job as Rosewood

  It's like pulling teeth to get them to come back and use a magnet on the property to collect the nails. A gutter contractor left our house with a nail through his shoe and foot and it's been 3 times that Rosewood rescheduled coming to clean up. We have dogs and grass to cut and a fence getting done and they don't seem to really see the urgency in this situation almost like they just don't care. Do better Rosewood. Do. Better.

  Charlie did a good job on my roof I was happy with his service. We signed a contract,and he was able to get it down within two weeks and it was done in one day.
