  I’m incredibly disappointed with Roof Squad and would not recommend their services. Here’s my experience: Initial Work (2018): Contacted Roof Squad on 11/16/2018, received a quote on 11/20/2018, and the roof replacement started on 12/18/2018, finishing in 10 days. Initially, I was hopeful based on their reviews. First Set of Issues (2019): By 1/2/2019, I discovered multiple leaks. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally repaired the leaks on 1/21/2019, and additional repairs dragged on until 2/17/2019. Recurring Issues (2020): By 1/22/2020, new leaks emerged. Their prior repairs used excessive caulking, which disintegrated within a year. They "repaired" it again, but by summer 2021, leaks returned. Ridiculous Quote (2021): Roof Squad quoted $19,000 to replace the same roof they had installed just two years earlier. After expressing frustration, they offered another patchwork repair, which lasted about a year before the leaks resumed. At this point, I resorted to placing a bucket under a persistent attic leak to manage the issue temporarily, as their solutions clearly weren’t working. The bucket remains there to this day. Current State (2024): I contacted them on 6/17/2024 regarding a major leak over my staircase that caused significant interior damage and the persistent attic leak. I wanted them to fix both issues altogether, but instead, I was shuffled around to different representatives, with excuses ranging from personal emergencies to being out of the country. Frustrated, I hired another company to fix the staircase leak, but the attic leak remains unresolved despite my efforts to get Roof Squad to address it. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inability to provide permanent solutions has been incredibly frustrating. At this point, I’ve given up on their ability to fix the issues they caused, and my next step is likely legal action since they’ve stopped responding altogether.   Malcolm the contractor in Arvada CO was great to work with, however this Texas based company has an awful billing department. They kept on adding supplements that were not submitted and approved by the insurance company but were added to the final bill. In addition supplements that were approved by other contactors and paid to other contactors prior to roof squad, Roof squad demanded those payments as well. Numerous calls, e-mails, calls to insurance company led to no-where which led to a threatening email from their billing department with legal action! I eventually overpaid their bill by $765.80 that I paid to other contractors. Roofing companies have an awful reputation, and I can now see why. I don't recommend them!

  they do not show up at the time i was told, no call ether to say if there coming or being late. i was told from 4 to 6pm me and my father wait from 3 to 7pm and no call or show. if you cant call to let someone know something then why would i feel you show up to do the work.

  They were very informative and accurate with their quote. They came out and repaired the damage caused by a storm. They were very quick and were very clean with their work. I can't even tell where the damage was done to the roof afterwards. Highly recommend.

  I was so impressed by the honesty and diligence of Roof Squad. They came and inspected the ceiling leak and told me the truth - they told me it had nothing to do with the roof. The man they sent was persistent in trying to identify the cause of the problem with the leak on the ceiling and not only used a drone to view the roof but also crawled into the small space in the attic only to identify that the leak had nothing to do with the roof. He was honest and said to me it was not the roof but a pipe from the air conditioner. I was so grateful to him because two prior roofers came and lied to me and gave me two different and highly contrasting quotes - one for around $300 and the other said I needed the roof replaced and the cost would be close to $10K. I am a woman and I think these two businesses were trying to take advantage of me. I had suspected that it may have been the air conditioner but thought it probably was the roof because of the recent heavy rain. Anyway, the shocking thing was that these other roofers showed me fake pictures that were not of my roof to convince me that the damage was the roof when it was not the roof. Roof Squad took legitimate pictures and showed me the proof that indeed it was not a leak of my roof and that I needed an air conditioner technician. I had been confused by the two vastly differentiated estimates (both of which were dishonest) but Roof Squad was honest and diligent and professional. I am so grateful to Roof Squad because with one of the other roofing companies, not only would I have been out of pocket but there would have been damage to my house and perhaps even a fire hazard from the leakage pertaining to my air conditioner. Roof Squad is definitely honest and I am very very grateful for them for being honest.

  Roof Squad is THE COMPANY that you want to do your gutters. They have a very good product for a reasonable price. The price you are quoted IS the final price. The installation team is very professional and friendly. They did not mind answering all of my questions. I was sent pictures of my house after the job was completed including aerial shots so I could see the top of gutters and screens. I appreciate that very much. Arnold and Armando were in contact with me until the job was completed. Arnold even called me again the day after the completion to ask how I liked the new gutters. Arnold if very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect color to match my house. Again, this is THE COMPANY you want for your gutters. Thank you Roof Squad!
