  I’m sorry to hear that the leak issue still has not been resolved. We understand how worrisome this can be, but, rest assured that we will continue to work on this. Our customers are extremely important to us and we work very hard to uphold our reputation and stand behind all of our work. I know that 3 separate crews were sent out, but I believe only two crews were able to get in touch and actually look at your roof. Never the less, we will continue to work on this leak issue. You do have a warranty and we will honor that warranty. I am sorry about your experience and I will reach back out to you in the morning to work through this.

  I hired Rooftop101 to complete repairs on my home. Michael was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional during the whole process. Their work was high quality and very clean.

  A previous owner built an addition, and over time, due to poor construction, it caused a leak. Michael was so helpful. He responded in person right away to stop the leak. I had a timely quote with a great price. His crew came out on time and was professional. They fixed the issue despite being in a tricky spot on the roof. They took care of the job quickly and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend!

  RoofTop 101 is highly recommended! I live in a condo with a flat membrane roof which developed a leak. After 11 months and 6 different contractors failed to find the problem. Morgan Shirley with RoofTop used his superior detective skills found the source of the leak and repaired it. Problem solved! Call RoofTop 101 for all your roofing needs, you will be glad you did!

  I had a great experience with this team as they were very responsive and communicative, had very competitive pricing, and great follow through. We used this roof coating system for the first time a few months ago but have had no leaks since installation and have been satisfied thus far.

  Cant say enough good things about Michael and his team! They did what they said when they said they where going to do it! Very pleased with the job and the time frame of the job. No one else will touch my roofs at any of my buildings besides Rooftop 101. Thanks guys!

  After a heavy rainfall we discovered multiple leaks in our roof at our business. We put in one call and a crew was here that day to do repairs. They were super easy to work with and gave us a very fair price. Will use them again.
