  Was referred to RoofSmart by another mom and was impressed by their strong online reviews. However, they have been extremely difficult to get a hold of and are awful at returning calls or texts or basically the bare minimum professionalism. I called and left a voice message with one of their workers. Saw a similar but slightly different number listed on their website that advertises you could text them so I did. Received a response from the text asking for name and information which I sent and then NO response. Received a callback from the voice message I left over 24 hours later in which the worker said he was in the area but only for that day. Since I received ZERO notice, I was not prepared for him that day and again, using the text service they advertise on their website, I apologized for missing their call and requested to see them next week. NO response. I asked for just a day and a time window and again NO response. It’s been a full week and they still haven’t responded so I gave up. Such a disappointment. Update: Coincidentally, I finally received a response via text from the owner the same day I left my negative review. He gave me his reasoning why the company did not respond to my texts. I like to give others the benefit of the doubt so I gave them another chance to earn my business. Unfortunately, while trying to schedule for them to come out to give me an estimate, the owner said he would call me directly to set something up. He NEVER called. Instead, the following morning I received a text that the owner was coming out to check out my roof that same morning. I had zero preparation. Josh was polite and professional when he came to inspect my roof but I ended up using another company because the other company were prompt in their responses, kept their word, and charged me almost 50% less - and offered a 2 year warranty on their services.

  Madison, I’m very sorry we failed to respond promptly and left you unprepared for a visit. That is not the level of service we aim to provide and I understand how frustrating it was when the owner did not follow through as promised. We have already reviewed our scheduling and texting procedures to prevent this from happening again. If you would consider giving us another chance we would prioritize a complimentary inspection and a clear appointment window to earn your trust back.

  Roofsmart was extremely easy to work with on our roof replacement. The insurance release of funds was completely handled by them to coordinate with work completion. The work was completed as expected and daily communication of all action items was excellent- we didn’t have to ask for anything and we got daily updates on every step of the process. Very highly recommend Roofsmart!

  Cost of installation was attractive relative to competition. Work crew arrived early each day and was committed to completing job within 1-1/2 day target. Quality of work was very good.

  Did a great job for me in a huge complicated home roof repair. Estimate competitive and workmanship outstanding. No leaks after several deluge rains. I asked them to come back and pick up some stray nails and they did promptly. Josh is courteous, prompt and professional.

  Great customer service. Had new roof installed October 2023, asked Josh to complete a form so I could apply for a discount on insurance. He responded with in 24 hours. The roof still looks great today. Very happy with installation and service.

  I had a great experience with RoofSmart. They came out much quicker than expected to provide an estimate and were very professional in all of my interactions with them. They had a fair price and a great warranty. Once I hired them for a roof replacement they had a crew at my house within a couple weeks and the roof complete in a day. I was very pleased how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend going with them over some insanely priced competitors that might have better name recognition from radio/advertising.
