  I would give him 0 starts if I could. They are scammers. Terrible experience. I called them after googling a roof company near by and got State Farm involved since my roof was showing signs of storm damage. Sales person handled everything and dealt with estimator. Sales person (Chad) made me sign the contract just for roof (my mistake for trusting him) even State Farm approved more repairs (siding/gutters/trims) and now they are saying they are not doing anything else and the job is completed. Sales person does not answer my texts and Juan (owner) is so rude… I will keep updating

However, there is a lot of misinformation in this review that we want to address clearly for anyone reading. We have been a stellar company serving the metro Atlanta area for over 18 years, completing thousands of insurance and residential roofing projects with full transparency and strict adherence to every signed contract. Our reputation is built on doing exactly what we promise (often times going the extra mile) as you can see on all our other reviews. In this case, the customer signed a clear contract for roof replacement only well before any work began. That is the exact scope we performed, and the project was completed to the highest standards in full coordination. Items such as siding, gutters, or trims were never part of our agreement (even though the insurance carrier approved them separately). We fulfilled 100% of our obligations under the contract. Unfortunately, the customer has chosen not to pay the remaining balance that became due upon completion. To any potential customers reading this: when you work with us, you receive a detailed, written contract upfront that spells out exactly what will be done and what you are agreeing to. We complete every job exactly as contracted, stand behind our work, and communicate directly throughout the entire process. Our goal is always to give you peace of mind and a roof you can trust for decades. We remain available to discuss this matter professionally and resolve it fairly.   Update 2/2/26: Everyone is really nice at ProRoofing, but unfortunately when they repaired our gutters they left massive holes and now we have wildlife and water damage in our attic. ProRoofing has said it’s not their responsibility. I would not recommend them. Review from 2025: We had a great experience with ProRoofing! Robin was very helpful and patient with our billing.

  Very displeased with Pro Roofing & Siding. There is so much, I will just hit the highlights. We needed a new roof and gutters on our rental home and a small patch made on the exterior of the house. We received a recommendation for this company from our Church. We Googled their business to find a 4.9 rating, so with those two things in mind, we called to schedule an appointment to have an estimate. The lady who we initially spoke with was very kind and friendly (1 star for this). She said someone would touch base with us within a couple of days. A couple of days go by and we receive a text saying that they will call us within the next couple of days to set up a time to come out to provide an estimate for the work. A couple of days go by, we text that same number and receive no response. A day later, we call the main number (presumably the office) and speak with another woman who said she will have someone call us ASAP. The contractor (?) called and we scheduled an appointment. He came by on time, gave the estimate, we signed and agreed, they were to start within a weeks time. They came and began working on the roof. A couple of days later, they had let us know the things needed to be repaired were complete. We went to check on the house. The roof looked fantastic! (1 star for this). The patch had not been completed. There were nails left in the front and back yard. There were pieces of broken gutter in the back yard. (There is a dog that lives in this residence and two tenants, this is a safety hazard) We call and speak with the person who was in charge of ensuring our repairs were completed. He did not offer an explanation, gave us the run around again. We called and asked to speak with his supervisor. His supervisor apologized and said he would personally come out and figure out what was going on and this was unacceptable. Supervisor comes out, apologizes, explains that they are in their busy season, that the contractor working on our home is new, etc etc. (Dur

  They are very unprofessional. You can't even trust them to give you a quote when they say they will. So how could someone trust them to do thousands of dollars in work? They told be I would have my quote emailed to me by the end of day Thursday however it is now Monday and after reaching out 6 times I still have not recieved my quote. Glad it wasn't them saying the roof would be done friday and then changing it to when ever is convenient.

  Pro Roofing replaced my gutters in 2015. At the time I thought they did a good job. However, this summer one of the short (three foot) gutters has come loose and partially detached from the house. It is at an angle and the end piece is missing. I called the office and they sent a woman out this morning to look at it. She said I needed to have the gutters cleaned and then gutter guards and a repair. I told her the gutters are cleaned twice a year, the last time being two months ago and could we discuss the repair first. Her answer was that it would be best to call a handyman since her crews cost an an arm and a leg to come out. Wow! She was here less than five minutes and never looked at the gutter from the side to see the missing end piece. My gutters that they replaced were on the house for 25 years with none of these issues. So, I called Findlay Roofing, whom I have used before, to come out and look at the repair. I will have them give me an estimate for guards as well. They will be out tomorrow. If you value good customer service, look elsewhere. The experience I had with this rep was unacceptable. She was curt, unhelpful and her attitude caused me not to ask about an estimate for the gutter guards.

  Mr Nguyen, first we apologize for your frustrations during your project. We are here to serve our customer and to offer the best service possible. We had an extremely busy quarter which led us to be months out in our schedule. Now we revamped our team and only have a few weeks lead time. We were very upfront about this with Mr Nguyen and informed him (verbally and via email) that he could sign our proposal so we can add his project to the schedule. The job performed was for gutters, fascia and soffit, there's no way that the scope of work performed can create an internal leak in this situation. The picture uploaded by Mr Nguyen is from his attic. His currently has several nails pops throughout and we brought this to his attention as we performed inspections/diagnosis at our customer's home. As you can see on others of his reviews he also had another contractor try to help with this situation and couldn't.   Proroofing crew showed up at about 730, and immediately started setting up for tear-off of the existing roof. Materials were delivered and roof replacement was started and completed in a very timely manner. Clean-up was completed quickly …

  I found this company on Google under "attic fan installs near me" and used their automated phone intake to schedule an 8:00 AM quote, staying home from work specifically to be here for the contractor. After waiting for an hour with no show, I called back to check on the status, only for the automated system to inform me that they don't even offer attic fan installations. While I understand services vary, it is completely unacceptable that their automated booking allowed me to schedule an appointment for a service they don't provide, causing me to waste my morning and lose time at work. I got a text confirmation for the appointment and everything. Certainly, a person had to see this appointment and recognize it was an error. I left my contact information if someone needed to reach me. If a company is going to rely entirely on automation, the system needs to accurately reflect what the business actually does. Incredibly frustrating experience. UPDATE: I’m am changing my 1 star to 3. Robin reached out to me and confirmed that they do in fact do attic fan installs and she was able to schedule an appointment for me. She was very professional and apologetic. I feel badly that this was definitely not her fault and appreciate her personal touch and accountability. We will see how the rest of this goes! I am not opposed to further editing this review should my experience continue to trend in a more positive direction. Thank you again, Robin!

  Got a quote to repair some siding. Everyone in the process was very friendly and took the time to go over the work with me and answer my questions. Chris was managing the project and did a great job of communicating everything and sending pics of work in process while I was at work which was nice. I asked about some other small tasks as well (broken window screen, broken dryer vent 15+ ft up the wall) and they were very accommodating to fix those for me as well. I will definitely use them again when needed.

  Memphis came out on time and had great personality.. he check the area of the leak and explain to me the process and negotiate the price down the best he could do with his rep. Overall 10 out of 10 customers service.

  I had an excellent experience with Pro Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Memphis did a fantastic job inspecting my roof and helping me get everything set up for a full replacement. He worked hard to get us an affordable price without cutting corners and made sure our roof was installed using the best materials available. He also followed up after the project was completed to make sure everything went smoothly, which really showed his professionalism and care. Robin did an incredible job scheduling our appointment and made the process easy and convenient. Hafid and Chris did an outstanding job ensuring the roof replacement went perfectly, and Hafid kept me updated throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening. Juan, the owner, even personally followed up afterward, which speaks volumes about the level of service and pride they take in their work. Excellent service all around.
