  Poor service and expensive repair cost. Would not recommend for any repairs at all.

  If negative stars were available, then that's what I would rate this company. I should have known better than to trust anyone who goes door to door trying to gain sales. According to the salesman Mike, my roof had hail damage because hail had occurred in my area in June of 2025. I allowed him to inspect my roof. After the inspection, he claimed the roof had significant enough damage that it needed to be replaced. He asked if he could be the one in charge of filing the claim becuse he "knows what to say to the insurance company ". He asked for my policy number. I was reluctant but trusted him. Once the claim was filed, he insisted to be present when the insurance adjuster inspected the "damage". He repeatedly reminded me that i didn't need to be home when the insurance adjuster arrived. Turns out there is no damage. None. Mike and Terminus are the equivalent of ambulance chasers attempting to take advantage of situations that aren't even situations. If they were as knowledgeable as they present themselves to be, then why waste their time and mine? That is a rhetorical question...they just want money and don't care about building a business on honesty. I would terminate Terminus from your roofing solutions unless you like being deceived. How ironic....their web address is 'Trust Terminus'. 🤣 No thanks UPDATE......their follow up response to my review further adds to their level of deception. They had knocked on my door about a week and a half ago (late February/early March of 2026) referencing possible hail in my area from June of 2025. I LIVE at this property and MAINTAIN it on behalf of my elderly mother. A claim was filed by me after the salesman was unsuccessful in filing it himself. He requested my policy number, my agent's name and was subsequently informed that my insurance company would not allow HIM to file the claim. He even requested the claim number once the claim was filed. Not sure why he needs that other than proof for commission towards his quo

  We take honesty and transparency seriously, so we want to clarify the situation for anyone reading. Our representative visited the property after reports of hail in the area and offered a complimentary roof inspection. During that visit, possible hail impacts were discussed, and it was explained that the homeowner could choose to contact their insurance company if they wished to pursue a claim. No claim was ever filed by our company and no work or contract was completed. The property is owned by the reviewer’s mother, not the individual who posted this review, and no service was ever authorized. Following the visit, our team unfortunately received hostile and inappropriate communication from the reviewer. Despite that, we chose not to engage further and simply wished the homeowner the best moving forward. We remain committed to treating homeowners with professionalism and providing honest information so they can make informed decisions about their roof.

  Ignored two No Soliciting signs and banged on the door until it was answered. Wouldnt take no for an answer. My wife should've called the police. Alex Martin should be fired. I'll follow up with the Sheriffs to see if your business has soliciting permits for Forsyth County. I hope you get fined.

Our team was assisting a homeowner in the same community with a roof issue, and while we were already in the area we briefly stopped by a few nearby homes to see if any neighbors might also be experiencing roof leaks or storm-related concerns. Roof problems after weather events often affect multiple homes in the same neighborhood, so our goal was simply to offer help while we were already nearby. That said, we absolutely respect community guidelines and “No Soliciting” signage, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can remind our team to be more mindful moving forward.   Terminus and more importantly my sales rep Marco really delivered. They made the process as painless as it could be and delivered on the installation and follow-up beyond my expectations. This company and Marco did what you want a roofing company to do - the hard stuff for you. They dealt with my insurance company (USAA) and I never once had to speak to them - that was part of my deal. I'm still in the middle of dealing with a flood claim from last year that I can't get them to do but Marco took caring of my roofing claim without me even having to speak to them once. He's a great person to work with and represents Terminus well. Their crew did out roof (4800 sq ft home) in a day and the interior paint and work in another two. I've recommended them to to 4 other neighbors and I'm hoping they have a similar experience. Thank you Marco & Terminus. Edit: I’m dropping this to a two star rating based on what I’m dealing with now - a sketchy post sales rep who is continuing to try to change my balance outstanding to see if I can get more out of my insurance company. This is literally his text to me: “ We are still waiting to hear back about the supplement amount that was approved. I wanted to see if you have a revised estimate and also how much the check is for so we know how much needs to be collected. “ The amount to be collected does not vary upon what your insurance company approves. It is 100% based on what services and materials were provided - otherwise, you’re contingent insurance fraud.

  If you have an insurance claim, I would not recommend. I came across Terminus through a good friend and after reading their reviews decided to give them a try. They came out fairly quickly and after that things went down hill. The sales rep (MJ) was inconsistent with communication, didn't keep his appointments, and lied about sending everything over to the insurance. MJ lead me to believe that everything was good to go and that my claim would be approved. I reached out multiple times to the owner (Chelsea) and she would respond but unfortunately never followed through. The best part of this whole situation was that Terminus didn't notify me when my sales rep was no longer with the company. I finally got connected with Andrea and she advised me right away that her team didn't feel comfortable doing a reliability test but their rep MJ came out to do the test on February 16th. Andrea said she would be available for a 2nd inspection if my insurance grants one. I have been flexible and made myself available to assist in any way I can. I even engaged my insurance agent to help us move things along with the claims department when they weren't responding in a timely manner.

  Working with Terminus was truly as seamless and painless as possible! Andrea worked with me to file the insurance claim for my roof, supported the claim process, and even helped connect us to public adjusters, as our case called for. It took many months to get my claim through and Andrea was available and willing to answer questions and support me the whole time. On install day, the crew arrived on time and got to work immediately; they finished the whole roof and cleaned up by 3pm. Truly so simple. I cannot recommend Andrea and Terminus enough!

  Very happy with the quality of the work and the experience of working with Tyler and Terminus. I’d had my roof evaluated before and it was deemed unlikely to be able to get a roof replacement covered via insurance for storm damage. Tyler was confident we could get a replacement with his help after taking a look himself and he was right. His communication was excellent and he was patient with any questions through the whole process. I could hardly find evidence they were there afterward except for the fresh new roof that looks great.

  Nick was very easy to work with and very professional. The quote was affordable and he went ahead and preemptively fixed a few things on the roof that had a chance of failing in the future at no additional cost. Overall I highly recommend Terminus and will call them again if I ever have another issue.

  I want to leave a great review for Brody. He came into our home and immediately took charge of removing the water damage. First, I want to say that his response time on a Saturday was impressive as he arrived within two hours. When your home is actively being damaged by water, even a short wait feels incredibly long, so his promptness truly mattered. Brody was thorough and took the time to make sure the damage was properly addressed. Beyond his work, his personality really stood out. He was kind, personable, and hospitable, which goes a long way during such an unfortunate and stressful situation. He took the time to educate us and walk us through exactly what he was going to do, explained the next steps clearly, and set expectations from the start. The follow-up was excellent, with clear and consistent communication throughout the process. He was flexible and did a great job under difficult circumstances. Overall, Brody made a very stressful situation much more manageable, and I’m extremely grateful for his professionalism and care.

  Terminus put a new roof on my house on 1/8/26 but the process began several weeks before when they began taking pictures of my roof, gutters, downspouts & anything else that looked worn or damaged & then they were submitted to my insurance company & then we waited to hear back & once they agreed to pay for a new roof Terminus took care of the rest. I gotta say that I was a little nervous at first but after having all my questions answered I felt a lot of relief because they assured me that I had nothing to worry about because they would guide through everything step by step.They were professional, patient & communicated really well. All The materials for the job arrived the day before & the following day the workers showed up early in the mourning along with their Site Manager & after meeting them all & having few more things explained they went to work. They began around 6:30 AM & were finished around 12:30 PM & that includes picking up any & all debris & to be honest it was as though they were never even there. I will highly recommend Terminus to both family & friends for all their roofing & restoration needs. Sincerely, Richard E Chaplin

  I recently got a new roof and skylights with JD at Terminus. JD was great to work with though the sales process and claim with insurance. The roof was as expected, but the new skylights blew me away. I had debated just filling them in, but am so glad I got new ones. They are such an improvement and even came with remote control shades. They even fixed the drywall damages when the old ones were removed. I would highly recommend Terminus. I interviewed and looked at several competitors and I feel I got both the best price and the best service. If I needed a new roof tomorrow I would give them a call to do it again without even asking other companies.
