  I cannot say enough about the quality of this company's work. I have done roofing, but not any more due to age. I recognize top notch work when I see it and this is definitely it. Well above the norm. Whatever issues you are having with your roof, call them. Seriously. Banks was the individual who worked with us from beginning to end. Roofserv couldn't have found a better, nicer, and more knowledgeable person to represent the company.

  They did an excellent job from start to finish. The crew was professional and kept the work area clean throughout the project.   I had a really great experience with Roofserv, Mount Pleasant. I called about a leak in the roof over my porch. Pierce and Banks showed up shortly afterwards. They evaluated the problem and although the exact source of the leak could not be identified, they did some small fixes that should eliminate the problem. When I asked them what I owed them, Pierce the owner said "no charge." I will add they spent considerable time at my house. One other thing to mention that speaks to the integrity of the company is that when they looked at the condition of my roof, instead of trying to tell me it was in bad shape and may need replacement, they instead said the roof was in great condition, was properly installed and should last a long time. Highly recommend.

  I was worried about the edge/side of the home leaking. I called RoofServ when I heard they did free roof inspections. Mike came out took about 45 minutes to inspect our roof, answer our questions and gave me some options for fixing and replacing the roof. I would give them a call if you ever have a leak or need questions answered.

Wind damage on a Mount Pleasant, SC home in the Old Village, fully replaced through an approved State Farm insurance claim and completed in one day. The approved scope called for basic 3-tab shingles, so we upgraded to TAMKO Titan XT Class 3 architectural shingles, added double-layer synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier in every valley, and new drip edge at no extra cost to the homeowners. Damaged siding and interior ceiling repairs from prior leaks were also handled as part of the project.
