  ***Update 6/2026 - Had a roof leak that came through my living room ceiling. Took a week for Ketchum to return my phone call. Once they came to the house it was blamed on the flashing that wasn't replaced with the $17k roof job that they collected on. I was told that they could fix the flashing and repair / replace some wood rot around my fireplace chimney and was told someone would get back with me and quote the job. They left and I never heard from them again. Great service to get the business but as far as the warranty that they express you will get.......it doesn't exist! I was told they wanted to be better than the competition and offer exceptional service but that only extends to install day. Lots of competition out there. Should be exceptional service still in just 4 short years of a new roof install. We couldn’t be happier with the service received from the entire Ketchum Roofing team. From the initial repair inspection and handling my insurance company 100% to the clean-up after the install. Stress free process from start to finish. Friendly staff and installation crew. Always on time for any appointment made. They completed our install on the coldest day of 2022. I don’t think anyone anticipated the heavy winds that caused blown roofing debris to spread quickly. Everyone including staff, installers and other crews came to help clean the yard, street, and neighbors’ property of roofing debris. Great company that believes in providing the best customer service. I highly recommend Ketchum Roofing & Windows!!

  Couldn’t be happier, John and his team did a fantastic job. Replacing my windows was one of the easiest and smoothest home improvement jobs I’ve been involved with. BYW John did a great job on my roof a few years ago. Highly recommend, you can’t go wrong with Ketchum Roofing & Windows.
