After seeing Citadel Roofing and Exteriors putting on a new roof in my neighborhood, I had to use them to do mine. They are local with their own in-house crew. They do quality work for a fair price, with no unexpected fees. My new roof looks better than ever! Thank you Keegan and crew!

I had a great experience with this roofing company. After discovering a leak in my roof, they responded quickly, assessed the problem, and gave me a quote. I went with them because of their professionalism, other close and trusted neighbors strongly recommended them, and they guarantee their work. They completed my new roof in a timely manner. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend them. My roof is three stories high I was really impressed how they went on top of the roof and took pictures of problem areas, including holes in the roof when they assessed the roof. They thoroughly evaluated beforehand to find things I really needed to repair and I’m very grateful for their help.

Absolutely fabulous experience with them. They were timely - actually the fastest roof ever- and when they encountered issues with our old roof - they documented and pictured everything. The price they quoted was the price they charged - even with the additional work. Hard working crew - and did a fantastic clean up - you would never know they were here. Can’t recommend them enough!

Citadel Roofing and Exteriors is one of the best companies I’ve worked with in the Charleston area. Not just for roofing—All contractors I have worked with. They were upfront, knowledgeable, professional, and competitively priced compared to three other quotes I received. They did a great job, and I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors. We need more companies like Citadel Roofing in Charleston!

Citadel was great to work with from the initial inspection right on through. They worked with us on minor changes and the crew was efficient and careful not to damage our landscaping. The pricing was reasonable and work was completed on schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about Citadel roofing. They showed up on-time, cleaned up after themselves, and did the roof quickly with no damage to my siding. If you need a roof redone, you should seriously consider asking them to come take a look.

Great experience. Team was on time, protected pool equipment with plywood and sheets, a manager/supervisor were on site sufficiently to field any questions, cleaned up entire worksite and even provided drone pictures of final roof as proof for insurance. 10 out of 10.

From beginning to end, they were great to work with. Personable, knowledgeable, and thorough all the way through. Even when we had a slight mishap, they jumped right on it and were ready and willing to make it right without a fuss. Great team, highly recommend!
