  New roof installed weeks ago already leaking. Called for service, promised follow-up, never came. Now dealing with water damage and no response. Extremely disappointed in quality and communication.

  I reached out to him and they contacted me. They asked me questions about my roof what I needed and gave me the answer. Then they asked me why my finance situation I told him at this time they don’t need to know since they don’t have the contract and they wasting my time trying to quote Never do business with this company

  I actually signed a contract with this company at the end of October 2023. I did so because the reviews were phenomenal and Peter was extremely knowledgeable and polite. They were also running a 20% discount on what surely was an inflated cost given the fact that the various laborers that came out couldn’t have been skilled roofers. I don’t have an issue with who a company chooses to represent their company, but the consumer should never have to eat the cost for subcontractor’s subpar service. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️The foreman, Lester, from Birmingham, AL for the first of three different crews that were sent to my house, also was nice and appeared to be keeping my husband and I informed. See synopsis of events that occurred over nearly 1 1/2 months of trying to get the roof that left my flowerbeds crushed, nails all over my yard and currently shingles already lifting installed: Two of the things that Peter used as selling points when he came out were that the project would take one day and the fact that the turtle back vents shown were supposed to be REMOVED and ridge vents would be installed. I specifically asked if the turtle back vents would be removed and he said yes. There was no maybe, but a definitive YES. Guess what we still have turtle backs because they were not initially removed and we couldn’t trust this company to honor their contract. How were my husband and I supposed to know that the first crew wasn’t going to complete the entire job. When I asked the second crew that came out about completing the removal of turtle back vents allegedly only one person could understand/speak English well enough to converse with me so he had to call a gentleman by the name of Rico. I was told via phone by Rico that his crew was from Mobile and were told only to finish the shingles and that they had another job to get to and could not do anything else.   Refused to provide us with a simple estimate without running a credit check even though we do not need their financing nor were we 100% going to hire them.

  Roofing world will not finish my roof I have been waiting for some time they said they don’t have the people but they can take my money I give them a one star and don’t recommend them at all

  Words can hardly describe how thankful we are to Roofing World and their exceptional service. Following refusal from three different roofing firms, they remained true to their word and assisted us in getting our dream roof. The communication was superb at all times, the crew was very professional and dedicated, and after completing the project, they ensured that no mess was left on site; it looked like they were never there. We are really thankful to them for their efforts, and we strongly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

  Kobi and Abide Roofing were great to work with. They were prompt, professional and extremely helpful in determining what was actually needed for fixing the damage on our 3 year old roof rather than replace it (which was an earlier quote we had). The guys were so nice and left the job site clean. Kobi sent me pictures of the work and the finished roof. I highly recommend using Abide Roofing!!
