This contractor, TJ will not complete projects or back up work that has been performed improperly by his staff or himself. Numerous calls and broken promises to fix shoddy workmanship are ignored. I've never been ghosted so many times by …

Mark Levy is a very unappreciative man that will change up in a heartbeat just to try to get free work that was not in the contract. He tries to take advantage of good people not someone I would ever work for again. We Remodeled his whole house. New Roof, New Deck, New Closets, New Front Porch. We Even Straightened up his front porch beam at no charge. We included it with the new porch railings and floor because I felt it was the right thing to do. Why would someone that is not satisfied with someone's work keep hiring them over and over again to remodel their whole house!!!!! I even came out right away when a tree fell on his house to give him an inspection of his framing ...very unappreciative man! He does photography on side and always tried to give me pictures and his junk because he feels bad for not paying me on extra things I did at no charge? I am tired of the one way street and being taken advantage of for my kindness!!!

Agreed to do a job on 9/24/20. After agreeing he quit responding to texts and never showed up.

We were unable to come up with an agreeable date for work that worked for both of us. I would of been more than happy to do the work for you if a date was agreed upon.

TJ had the best price out of 5 roofers to do a complete shingle roof and replace all our gutters. After we gave him a deposit, he called a few days later and asked if we were ready. He was out the next day with a great crew of guys and knocked out the roof in one day. They came back the next day to complete a few things and install the new gutters. Everything turned out amazing. TJ is a very friendly, honest, and hard working guy. He also has a great team of guys who all know their role and what to do. We live about 50 minutes from his location in Hanover, PA., but it was no problem for them to travel out here. Call TJ if you are ever interested in replacing your roof and you’ll see he’s the best you’ll get.

TJ put a new roof on my 100 year old house in Glyndon MD. There were different subsurfaces due to additions over the years but he did an amazing job. Fair pricing and professional work.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roofing With Integrity. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
