  6 months have passed, I had to edit my review to reduce it to a mediocre 2 stars given the lack of post-work follow-up that was needed in my roof situation that Jordan Miller still hasn't done. At the beginning, Jordon Miller and his team were prompt, professional and lived up to their contractual promises. They stayed within budget, got the job done on time and professionally. However, they broke a floodlight while replacing the roof shingles and here we are 6+ months later, a bunch of excuses and non-answers, and they still haven't replaced the floodlight they broke (I even got a new one for them, they just had to replace the one they broke since I cannot reach it due to the height of the roof). So I had to finally pay extra to get someone else to replace the broken floodlight which they broke as they were removing the old shingles so beware it can happen to you. Also, some of the shingles at install time that I was told would bend flat over time did not bend flat, they are still curved so not sure how I would even recommend their quality of workmanship given the 6+ months later results and the lack of responsiveness to fixing something they broke.

  Hi Kiril, I’m dismayed to see this 2-star review as this is not the way me or my team conduct business. Not only do I live just minutes from this property and would have gladly fixed the floodlight immediately, but I also would have certainly fixed any issues you may have had with the shingle installation. We pride ourselves on our top notch workmanship and responsiveness to our clients before, during, and after each job. This is our first review that is not 5-stars and had we known about these concerns, we would have ensured that they were addressed to make sure our reputation stayed at that level. However, we fear you may have been calling another company because nobody on our team, particularly me, was contacted by you or anyone from your family at any time after this job was complete. We have no idea what you’re referencing regarding repeated contact attempts and excuses. In fact, when I asked your sister, who hired us for this job, what happened to cause you to leave this review, and if we needed to fix something, she shared via text, “We both (Etél and Steve) really appreciated your expertise and professionalism, we thought you did an outstanding job…I’ve already recommended you to a few people in Hanover within the past few months and I am in shock.” If you have not yet replaced the floodlight and/or you still require an adjustment to your shingles, I will gladly come to the property to address anything still outstanding.   Miller property services was a delight to work with. Their professionalism throughout the entire process was much appreciated. From the initial contact through their analysis of my roof needs through the actual installation could not have been quicker. Their price was fair and in line with what other bids that i had received. Finally the owner Jordan was on site during the entire installation. I would recomend them to anyone considering replacing their roof.

  We had an amazing experience with Miller Property Services! They showed up bright and early, which we really appreciated, and got right to work. The crew was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of their work really shows, our new roof looks absolutely incredible.   When I bought my house 3 years ago the home inspector I hired recommended I repair or replace the 30 + year old gutter and downspout system. Gutter spikes were pulling out causing detachment, leaves were piling in the gutters, and drainage appeared ineffective. The previous owners had Miller Properties install an excellent new roof the year before so I asked Jordan Miller to provide a quote, which was very reasonable. His method of hanging gutters did not involve spikes that pull away, the system was all seamless aluminum, and included an optional leaf screens to avoid annual cost of cleaning out. He redesigned a section of downspouts to redirect water flow more efficiently. His crew arrived on time, professionally installed the system and cleaned up all debris. Without cost, Jordan repaired a bathroom fan exhaust cover that strong winds blew away, and fixed a piece of loose siding. Jordan is very professional and very easy to work with. Very Satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing exterior work.
