We had some quality concerns with the roof on our new construction home, so we contacted the shingle manufacturer for guidance. They referred us to Jeff Erb, owner of JWE Remodeling and Roofing, as a local certified roof installer and inspector. Jeff went above and beyond from the very beginning. He arrived at our property the same evening we called, performed a detailed inspection, and identified several areas of concern—from installation workmanship issues to early degradation of the shingle material. Jeff then provided us with a thorough, detailed inspection report documenting his findings. We were able to present the report to our home builder, which provided the supporting documentation we needed to pursue a warranty claim for roof replacement. We were extremely impressed with Jeff’s responsiveness, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. His willingness to help us identify and document the problems was invaluable. I highly recommend JWE Remodeling and Roofing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy roofing contractor. Five stars without hesitation! Michael & Paula Hayden

We had Jeff and his team come out to check over our roof/give a possible estimate. With a few minor fixes he reassured that our roof will be good to go for years to come! Jeff and his team were very quick, honest and professional! Highly recommend these guys!

I wasn't sure of him, He tried really hard to explain how they work. But I trust no one. But we finally came together and he put our new roof on, and we love it. He was honest, and did everything right on time. We love him, and would truly recommend him.

Our journey with JWE Remodeling and Roofing started one and half years ago with a hailstorm at our house. We now have a new roof and skylights on our house. The garage, and our shed received new roofs also. The workmanship was outstanding along with the cleanup. We highly recommend JWE Remodeling and Roofing. In fact, we have referred two new jobs to JWE already this year.

Alex C. requested we allow him to check out our roof after neighbors claimed weather-related damage. An insurance claim was justified and JWE took care of all communication and arrangements. Owner Jeff accommodated our personal schedule and met after hours at our kitchen table to select colors and a superior product. We certainly could not have afforded to go with another contractor. JWE cares about their customers and knows that their work and their customers speak for them. Alex checked in with us afterwards to confirm our expectations were met.
