  I literally had to tell the installers how to do their job when they installed my vinyl siding. The company c3 was completely unresponsive in satisfying the issues. The installers left a mess and the company finally sent someone with a magnet to try to clean up the aluminum siding nails. Obviously that didn't do anything.   During install they back the trailer into the yard and never fixed the ruts that they made after claiming that they would. It has been 2 years since my install and I have a few nail pops. When I signed the contract the guy made it sound like a great deal. Well now that there are problems they want more money to come fix their nail pops. The quote that I received for the work was far higher than other companies. Since you normally get what you pay for, I figured it would be a better job. Turns out I should have went with someone else.

  They didn't explain fully how they were going to do the job and I didn't like how they did the front porch roof - also didn't leave things as they were before they started the job - could have done a much better job.

  Over charge for repairs. Has them do an estimate for storm damage fascia, quoted $500, the replacement part was $20-100, so $400-$480 for labor? Never sent me the quote as requested. Had to reschedule the estimate a few times. Will not be doing business with this company again.

  Jakob and team were excellent from start to finish. Have a 100 year old wooden house that had extensive damage behind the old siding. Jakob and his team were able to replace the wood and then complete the siding job. House looks better than ever!

  Work was planned and completed in summer of 2026 and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Kyle, my site manager was very communicative and great to work with as well as support from Alicia in the office in South Hanover. I had special order windows that were needed to comply with the Gettysburg Borough Planning team, and CR3 was able to obtain those special windows that went into the dormers and sealed. CR3 came out and repaired the rubber roof which was a high priority and then came back to finish the aging shingles and added plywood to the entire roof and dormers that should last another 30-50 years.

  I had a deck repair. Adam went out of his way to let me know exactly what had to be done to correct the problem. He did a fantastic job. Very professional, kind and courteous. I will defnitely use his services again.

  Arrived upon the agreed upon date and completed the project in a timely manner. Site was cleaned up nicely when they left. Good communication and pricing. Would recommend hiring them for there services.

  Great installation team that worked hard and came in on schedule with a quality job. Tyler did an excellent job of scheduling and coordinating the roof installation, gutter guards install and patio door replacement we had done. Kept us up to date with pictures of the install as it progressed. Very pleased with the overall project and would highly recommend their services. Thanks for a job well done!

  Adam and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were so efficient and answered any questions that came up throughout the entire process. The company had my roof replaced within two weeks after I needed a new roof because of this storm it was so quick I couldn’t have asked for a better company. Adam even came out the next day and did his own inspection on the property to make sure everything looked good. Everything felt like it had a very personal touch and I really appreciated that I will definitely be using this company in the future for any more roofing or siding projects!!!

  We recently had a home restoration project completed after noticing that some of our siding was bowing and sections had lifted. We contacted Tyler, who came to our home and performed one of the most thorough exterior inspections we’ve ever experienced. Not only did he identify the siding issues we originally called about, but he also found several additional areas that needed attention. What impressed us most was that he didn’t just point out the problems—he took the time to explain exactly what each issue was, why it was happening, how it should be fixed, and the long-term benefits of making those repairs. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence that we were in the right hands. After we accepted the agreement, the project began shortly afterward.
