Very professional job! We explained our situation over the phone which involved, but was not limited to water in our basement. They told me from my description that it sounded like a gutter issue and that they would be over to take a look at it. Problem identified, crew called in and problem solved, just like that. Great job guys!

I realized I needed a new roof in late spring. I had three estimates made. Josh and Peak Exteriors gave me a great quote which included high quality metal roofing. While removing my original roof a surprise issue was uncovered. Rotten plywood decking which was rotting from inside my attic space. Spray foam insulation was blocking all the roof venting in my 176 year old home. Josh informed me immediately via text and phone. The crew was amazing and removed the rotted decking and the soaking wet insulation and problem solved a way to get the required attic venting back to working order before installing my new metal roof. Honestly, they didn't miss a beat and worked so hard and were able to get the job done with just one extra day. I can't thank Josh and his crew at Peak Exteriors enough for the amazing roof, and gutters, and keeping the additional surprise costs reasonable.

We highly recommend Peak Exteriors! They were very responsive when we called for an estimate. The work that was completed, we are very happy with. Our questions were answered and additional work that we added after they started was not a problem. The work we had done was the siding, stonework and spouting.

The owners are extremely polite, professional, and very accommodating. They are down to earth and available during all stages of the project. Pricing is completely fair and the workmanship definitely speaks for itself. This siding project is the second project I have had completed. All of my future projects will only proceed as long as I have Peak Exteriors as my contractor.
