  This company calls our home a minimum of 3 times a week. We have asked to be taken off the call list as we have a new roof. The salesmen are rude and hangup on us. When you try to call back they are using a fake number and you get a very nice man who has his own business and gets lots of these calls. I hope they get sued!!!!!

  I’m very sorry for any hassle Lisa, but it’s not us. A rude telemarketing company calls people and uses the name Texas Solutions Roofing. You searched that name and find us Roofing Solutions of Texas. We don’t telemarket or knock doors. The only work we do is for folks who “call us”. Previous clients and referrals.   Didn't do business with this company but the poor rating came from the worst telemarketing call I've ever had. Just bought a new house so the phone/mailbox has been full of unexpected soliciting. I doubt that this company had anything to do with my experience but after the call, I called to inform them of the disturbing call. After no answer, I left a message and did not ever get a return call. I told the caller that the services were not necessary since he was trying to sell me a roof and my house is 3 weeks old. He refused to take no for an answer and said that they would be at my house at 2pm the next day regardless. After telling him multiple times it is a brand new house (under warranty) and to remove me off the call list, HE REFUSED TO TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!!!! This is harassment. I tried to inform them but they didn't call back, says a lot about their customer service.

  This company calls my cell phone and house phone daily from multiple numbers. I have begged them to quit calling me. I have asked to be put on the do not call list. We have contractors working on our home. They refuse to take no for an answer. The callers are rude and relentless. Please leave me alone. They are clearly desperate for business because the harass me daily multiple time on my cell and home. Do not use this company. I can't imagine them providing good business the way the condone harassment over the phone.

  I am on the national do not call list and this company keeps calling me. Even though I repeat every time that don't call me anymore and take my number off your list. Every time there is rain, its like clockwork...totally an illegal way of marketing their business. STOP CALLING PLEASE

  Terry and his crew came out to fix our roof which had to be repaired due to foundation repairs. I wish I could give them better than five stars. Terry was honest, and personable and made the whole process pleasing. It was like sitting down to talk to an old friend! I called on Thursday evening and they were here on Saturday morning to fix the repairs before the freezing weather hit. I cannot recommend this company enough! Call them for all your roofing needs!

  August 2022 - Roof leak during heavy rains. Terry came out again, found two leaks (one I did not know about), and fixed it all in the same day for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to have someone I can depend on for small roof repairs without heavy pressure for full replacement of my middle-aged roof. Of course, it follows that I will trust Roofing Solutions of Texas for replacement when that time comes. May 2022 - Small roof repair - Terry gave me a verbal quote on the spot. Other companies took ages to come out and then took several more days to issue a quote. I always prefer to get things in writing, but since money was not required until the work was done, I had no concerns. Water runoff had to be redesigned, and Terry took the time to fully explain my options. I would definitely use this company again.

  I have been using Roofing Solutions of Texas for the last 7 years, which is to say for the last 2 houses at closing and 3 major hail storms that have hit my home. They do a great job of the roof, always explain what is being done and why, and will come back to make corrections and adjustments in the rare instance when the invoice is not matched by the work (ie type/size of new roof vent). I plan on staying with this company for many more years, and I cannot say that about most companies.

  You can rate a company best by how they perform AFTER the check has been written. My roof was completed in September 2015. So today, six months after my roof was completed, I had a leak. I text Bill and he was at my house within an hour, and up on the roof in the rain. To be absolutely clear, the leak was a result of me not maintaining a window sill and its poor construction. Bill instructed me how to properly fix, and provided some sealant to use after I reframe the window. He said he could get it done but I elected to complete myself. Here's the best part; Bill looked me in eye, shook my hand, and said "if we do your roof, we stand behind it". He has proven that to me. Just like the rest of these reviews, I received a quality job, completed on the day as promised, and at a very competitive price(my roof was not an insurance claim). I also got assurance and proof they will stand behind their work, even after they have been paid. I'd recommend TX Roofing Solutions without hesitation.

  A few months ago I had a leak in my roof. Bill came out write away and gave me an estimate and then returned a day or two later to fix. He did a great job. Now I am using him again to put gutters all around my house. Gave me a good estimate and worked like a professional. I appreciate how he was on time and will use them again when it is time for a new roof!

  Roofing Solutions of Texas is awesome! Terry explained everything in detail and they completed my roof in one day. They also cleaned up afterwards with no sign they were ever there, EXCEPT FOR MY BRAND NEW ROOF! Reliable, trustworthy, courteous, what more can you ask for!
