I reached out to Roofing Services Unlimited after a friend of mine recommended them to me for some damage that I had from a tree branch falling onto my roof from a storm that we had. Andres was quick to come out and give me a quote and got me on his schedule within the same week. What I appreciated the most was that he used the same color shingles for the repair as my existing shingles (unlike my neighbors that had the same problem and their contractor used a different color for their repair). The repair job he did was great quality and I will hire him in the future.

Andres and his team at Roofing Services Unlimited, LLC drywalled my detached garage (walls and ceiling) and replaced all the gutters and downspouts at my rental property in Gig Harbor, and I couldn't be happier with the work. The garage had exposed insulation, a hole into the crawl space that was causing moisture and odor issues, and a sloppy drywall job from a previous contractor. Andres sealed everything up properly, hung and finished new drywall throughout, and even matched the finish on the existing wall so the whole garage looks consistent. He also did a full roof assessment and fixed a damaged panel right away, walking me through what needed the most attention first so we could schedule the rest of the work later. No pressure, no upselling, just an honest read on the priorities. That kind of straight talk is hard to find. He was upfront about scope and pricing, communicated well, and the finish work was clean, which I paid close attention to after a bad experience with someone else. He also hauled away the debris and was careful with the epoxy floor. Fair pricing, quality work, no surprises. I'd hire him again without hesitation, and in fact I already have. He's doing my full roof replacement next.

Great experience with Roofing Services Unlimited! They replaced our roof with 30 year shingles and did an excellent job. The crew was fast, efficient, professional, and communicated very well throughout the project. Andres was especially great to work with — very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The roof looks great, and we would definitely recommend them to others.

We recently had our deck rebuilt and extended, along with a new deck roof installed with plastic sheeting, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was fast, efficient, and very respectful throughout the entire project. They worked hard, kept everything moving smoothly, and delivered great quality work in a short amount of time. The finished porch looks amazing, and I absolutely love spending time out there now because of the work they did. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional deck work!

We had our roof done by Roofing services unlimited and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very communicative. They explained the entire process clearly and made sure everything was done right. The quality of the work on both the roof and insulation was excellent, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. They left everything clean when the job was finished and completed the project in a timely manner. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality roofing work. Thank you again for making the process stress-free!
