  Sean and his crew did a great job on our roof. Their attention to detail and long term recommendations made all the difference improving the performance and aesthetic for our home. Pricing was competitive and work quality was outstanding. Thank you Adaptive Roofing team.

  From the first consultation for the estimate to the final install of gable vent covers with the roof, gable siding replacement and ventilation in between everything was beyond my expectation. The workers for this company have vast experience even though it is a relatively new company. The Marlarkey Warranty is excellent and doesn't depend on the company. Any questions are responded to quickly and respectfully and I had plenty. They put covers over all the pipes coming out of the roof so it looks so much better, switched the kitchen fan to a 6" which I hadn't considered, but had mentioned I'd need a new kitchen fan. The masons didn't finish covering the small chimney as they were supposed to so these guys did it without a grumble. Sean pays attention to details and listens carefully. They installed plywood, ice and water shield material that is top of the line, metal edges and all the details that make a roof last unlike the previous one I paid for. All that and more for a reasonable price which is a rarity in this day and age. If you want a job well done with efficiency and a reasonable price with a company of integrity then call Adaptive Roofing. After they began and I already had the estimate I was hoping to get a recommendation for the gable siding which was rotting from wear and they agreed to do that too and it was an impossible job to get to it above the Patio roof that you couldn't stand on. Sean agreed to consider it a wash because they didn't have to hand carry the roofing up a ladder. So basically I got that impossible repair done for the same price I was quoted. And that, my friends, is why they are called "Adaptive" Roofing. It is for all the little extra carpentry things they do. It was excellent crafted work they did!!!! They crew works together very well and has respect for each other. You can tell they enjoy working for the company.   Sean and the team at Adaptive Roofing provide excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about roofing, not just trying to sell you or push products on you. I have no problem recommending Adaptive Roofing to any homeowner or investor who may be leery about who to trust in the roofing industry. Can't wrong with them in my opinion.

  I’ve hired many contractors over the years to help me remodel and maintain our 115 year old house and Adaptive is by far the best of the very best. Great quality, responsiveness and follow through. Sean helped improve the attic ventilation and with the new reflective Malarkey roofing, our home is 8-12 degrees cooler on those hot days. Adaptive is over the top.

  Every year I get up on my roof to clean off my Moss and the gutters. Every year I dread it while grumbling and mumbling about it to my wife. Doing all I can to convince her of my martydom for the Family to no avail. Not this year!! Sean came by this year to clean off my roof while I was at work and then treated it as well. Got home and it looked great. Cost was reasonable and I didn't have to get up that dumb ladder myself!

  This is a long overdue review! Oct 2024, I called Adaptive Roofing to have someone come out to check how much longer my roof would last. The owner, Sean came out. I thought he would look and five minutes later he would tell me I needed an immediate replacement. Instead, he looked at my roof inside and out, shared tips to increase ventilation in the attic and said he would recommend replacing the roof in two years. He left without charging me! His thoroughness and professionalism, gave me the confidence to know I wanted to work with him when the time was right.

  Sean and his crew at Adaptive Roofing was recommended to us by a home inspection team when we were purchasing our house. We had roofers come out to look at the house, but none even got on the roof or entered the attic space. When Sean came out to give us a quote he did both, the outside of your roof only tells part of the story, and while he did note some issues with the 22 year old roof we had from the outside, it wasn’t until he was able to see the attic and underside of the roof to make a fully educated quote on what we needed. He took his time to explain what we were looking at, what potential issues may arise, and even went over all the available solutions that could be provided. He wanted to make sure we were not only making the best choice for the house, it had to be the best choice for our pocketbook as well. The best part about working with Sean was his willingness and patience to answer questions. His knowledge of the industry is outstanding, and if he didn’t have the answer he would let you know, he isn’t getting paid to blow smoke. He also was great at communicating what was happening and what was to come, and if we ever had concerns that needed to be addressed when his crew was not on site he had someone out there asap to address the issue at hand if needed. Working with Sean is exactly how working with a business should be. Work with the customer and provide the information, be honest with them, and help them understand the decision being made without upselling. Sean isn’t there to take your money, he is there to guide you through an expensive repair/renovation and ensure it meets all of your needs, not his. A++ fantastic person and business owner, cannot recommend enough.

  After comparing quotes from four different roofing contractors, I hired Sean and his team at Adaptive Roofing to replace all of the plywood, improve the gutter/downspout system and replace the roof on my Mom's house. The quality of materials, workmanship, value and excellent customer service from Adaptive Roofing was a breath of fresh air. Sean and his team went well out of their way to do an outstanding job and provided great communication throughout the process. Adaptive Roofing is an excellent company who has my highest recommendation. Do yourself a favor and check them out for your next Roofing project.
