Our building has a 3000 square foot mostly flat roof that needed to be replaced. From the first meetings with Ivan with sample materials and photos to the comprehensive bid and communications, we were very impressed with the professional and friendly dealings with this small, family-run roofing company. The construction started earlier than hoped and the work was efficient and accomplished in good time. The roofing crew members were very friendly, respectful around privacy and noise, always arrived promptly, and cleaned up before leaving. All the administrative details were excellently handled by Rita. The before and after photos were very welcome.

I couldn't be happier with the work Washington Weather Shield did on my commercial building. After receiving several roofing bids, I was amazed that their roof coating solution saved me nearly 50% compared to the cost of a full roof replacement quoted by other companies. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished roof looks great. If you're looking for an honest roofing company that can provide cost-effective solutions without cutting corners, I highly recommend Washington Weather Shield. They saved me a substantial amount of money and did an exceptional job.

I highly recommend Washington Weather Shield for roofing services. They have provided exceptional roofing work for us at several commercial properties over many years. Their team offers professional communication with both building tenants and owners, always taking time to discuss and explain the available options for resolving leaks or performing full roof replacements. Recently, they coated a long-time problematic roof for us (photos) with spectacular results. Their work is consistently professional, they complete the job correctly the first time and leave the site cleaner than they found it. Ivan thanks so much for the great work.
