Ernesto was great too work with. We had him clean our roof, install anchors, and perform some repairs. He was responsive, scheduled us in on short notice, got the job done promptly, and send us lots of photos so we could see how things looked up there before and after. We'd gotten two other quotes before him, and in contrast to the others' bogus claims about non-existent mold, or needing to just replace the roof altogether because it was in such bad shape, he was honest and didn't try to upsell us. We'll definitely be using him for our roofing needs in the future.

We have a concrete tile roof that we could get no one to work on. Ernesto came out the day after the call and had our leak fixed! He was AMAZING. So professional and knowledgeable.

This is my second time reaching out to this company for roof and gutter repair/cleaning services. I received excellent customer service and quality work at an affordable price. When the time comes I'll reach out again.

Ernesto is the epitome of professionalism. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. He took detailed photographs throughout the entire job clearly showing me where the issues were and how he was addressing them. When it came time to install the new roof he worked efficiently, stayed on schedule and made sure everything was cleaned up along the way. What really stood out was his commitment after the job was done. He returned multiple times following heavy weather just to check in and ensure there were no problems. That kind of dedication and follow through is rare and it gave me complete peace of mind. If you're looking for someone who is thorough reliable, honest, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend him.

With the heavy rain and windstorm in Seattle, we discovered we had a leak in our roof. We found Fast & Quality Roofing in a Google search and Ernesto came to our house. I cannot express how lucky we are to have found Ernesto. He clearly described the problem and took pictures explaining step by steps the solution. While doing his job he sent us pictures of the work in progress and the final result. His quality of work is remarkable, he did it in a timely matter, good price, and he was courteous and friendly. I definitely recomend Fast & Quality Roofing

Had some emergency roof repairs come up, I found them through Google and left a message. Ernesto called me back and came by the next day. He got me a quote same day and was on site to get everything repaired the very next day. Fast, honest and there when you need them. I was over a barrel and he knew it, yet instead of being like so many companies these days he did everything he could to keep the price low and get the job done. If I could give a higher review I would! Thank you Ernesto!
