  My husband and I, a year later, hate our roof every day we come home and look at this mess. We got our house and was fixing it up. Called them up for a quote. There was storm damage on the roof so we were "lucky" to be able to have insurance help pay (we were not expecting this). "J" (the person who came out to talk with us from Roofing Renovations) was very helpful at the start. Came out saw the storm damage, came out again to talk with the adjuster. Said he would be out again when the roof was started to see if there was any more damage (which there was). Unfortunately for us he didn't show up again until after the horrible job was done. Let's just say our ignorance was their bliss because we didn't hover and after the roofers left my BIL told us they did not put the felt under the shingles in one spot so we called and they returned and fixed it. Then, we got to looking at all the roof and realized it was sagging awful and had dips all over it. Called J and he came out to look at the roof and said "the underlayment (whatever the plywood sheets are called) is thinner than code so we can get insurance to fix it". Then he measured again and saw that it was just old and worn down and told us it was up to code so there was nothing he could do. We were so upset. I then went up into the attic and found a huge water damage spot that I could see easily from my access (I had just had a baby so I didn't go past that) and found the information for the owner Nick and messaged him about the issues. He was quick to respond and went up into the attic and saw the damage and another spot which was noticable and got the roofers out again. (He told me the damage must not have been noticable from the outside, but it was literally falling apart and from pictures I took after they cut the sections out he was def not being honest) They fixed the two spots, but alas the roof still looked like a dippy do da -all day long. I then called Nick and spoke to him about how this roof was horrible

  Shane and Roofing Renovations were great to work with. We had storm damage and they went well above and beyond to work with us to get things resolved with the insurance company. Could not have asked for a more responsive, organized, knowledgable and supportive representative. The installation was great and even as a last step measure, they registered the roof warranty for us. 1000% would recommend them to anyone. Shane was likely the most supportive and attentive person we have ever worked with on a home repair.

  Honest quoting, good warranty, quick work. All done in one day. Little to no mess left for us to pick up. (Stray nails are a given when removing 2 layers of shingles) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, warrantied roofing system.

  Has been great working with Shaun, Ed, & the everyone I've spoken with along the way. The roof was done very quickly & the install team was awesome! Would definitely use RR again if needed!!

  Shane Barber of Roofing Renovations handled everything from start to finish. He communicated with our insurance company, providing them detailed evidence of our roof’s damage with drone images (resulting in a complete roof replacement and our only being responsible for our deductible) offered quality roofing system options, monitored every phase of the repair / replacement, right down to cleanup, including a final sweep with a magnet himself. I highly recommend Roofing Renovations!

  Our roof was completed in one day! The work was done very well and the area was clean when the crew was gone. The finished product is beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased. Shaun is very easy to work with and was very helpful working with our insurance company.

  Joshua was the best! I had actually contacted this and another roofing company for an estimate…Joshua responded & the other company did not. Boy, am I glad they didn’t. Everything was well pointed out before & during the process (pics of each step were sent). The guarantees are top-notch. Oh, the workers were also very nice. I am beyond pleased with my new roof, feeling secure and faaaancy! Cudos to Roofing Renovations & Joshua. I will gladly be a referral. Oh, I forgot about Ed, the guy who oversees the roofing work. He was super helpful & personable.

  These guys were the BEST! I went to college and graduated with Shaun Townsend so I naturally selected him to be my contractor. I was amazed at the team and the hard work and job that they did. We could not be happier. I referred them to my mother in law and cousin as well and they did a superior job on their homes as well.
