  Roofing Ozarks sub contracting crew organized by Alan dispatched from the Ozark Mo area to our house just north of Springfield. Don't be a victim of their blanket of shingles over laying on many sub-surface decking squares that were busted and very soft due to their lack of effort and rough shingle insulation method!!! Having a new pending insurance claim over this & seeking a different more reliable roofing company to actually fix the situation they just decided to skip & cover up. There should be a black star for labeling fraud!

  We're disappointed to read this review, especially since this is the first time we've heard of these concerns. At no point during or after the installation did you contact us to report any issues or request that we inspect the roof. Your roof was replaced using the scope of work approved by your insurance carrier. The home was built in 1974 and retains its original roof decking. Insurance did not approve or pay for a complete re-deck because it was not warranted during our inspection or by the insurance scope. Any isolated wood rot that was discovered during installation was replaced by our crew at no additional cost to you. In addition, we upgraded your roof to a Class 3 impact-resistant shingle at no charge because we stand behind the quality of the products we install and the workmanship we provide. Regarding the claim that we are "overpriced," our pricing followed the insurance estimate that was approved for your claim. We did not charge above the approved scope, nor did we charge you for the complimentary decking repairs or the upgraded shingles. We certainly respect that adjusters may have opinions during subsequent inspections, but we have no way of knowing what was observed, how it was evaluated, or whether those observations were verified. If there are concerns with your roof, we would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect them ourselves. Instead, this review was the first notification we received. Roofing Ozarks has built its reputation by standing behind our work, which is reflected in the many five-star reviews from our customers. We take any concern seriously and remain willing to inspect your roof, discuss the adjuster's findings, and address any legitimate workmanship issue covered under our warranty. Accusing our company of fraud is a serious allegation that is not supported by the facts. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can inspect the roof together and work toward a resolution.

  If more than 5 stars were available I’d give them 20! They were done with the home on day and the shed a half a day! Alan stayed in contact with me and his crew the entire time! He dealt with insurance and made the entire thing quick and painless!!!

  Dakota is very professional and does great work in a timely manner. His prices are among the best in the area, and he cleans up the site really well. I would take pictures to prove it, but I’m way too old to be on a ladder nowadays. No more leaks!
