Contracted for repairs to home after storm in May 2024. Roof, gutters, flashing, and big window. Was referred to them by neighbor. Paid up front from insurance money. Repairs still not complete. Chip does not return many (most) calls or …

This was one of those tough files I for sure. The sales person who you worked with is no longer selling for us. He inadvertently left the window replacement off of the work orders. Once we found out, we contacted you immediately and ordered the window. We scheduled the install with you immediately after the window was delivered , I hate that it , but the frame came in 1/2” too large and it had to be reordered. This is all 100% our fault from the beginning and just snowballed from there. We are in the middle of changing window suppliers now as well now that we have had multiple window order issues While I don’t expect to get your future business… I hope you can accept our apology

This company took $2600 (50% of the estimate) to repair hail damage including a broken window 22 months ago. They have given every excuse in the book, fixed nothing, and no longer answer calls, texts, or emails. I called them initially because this is a local business with a lot of good reviews. However, after almost two years, they have my money and I have a broken window and siding with holes in it.

Special Original windows came in from the manufacturer wrong. We reordered and they came in wrong color. We eventually got them installed and all work was completed. We never asked for the remaining balance. It’s unfortunate when these things happen, but we feel, in the end… we made it right.

After seeing all the great reviews this company has, that is not the service I have gotten. The roof was done in a timely manner from the large hail storm in May 2024. There were damage to athe roof, a window and the screens in addition to the trim on the garage. The trim on the garage was finally started end of December. Then only half way done. Finally, a couple months later someone came back and finished that. Here it is a year later and STILL waiting on the window to be replaced in addition to the screens. Communication has been poor. Always an excuse or on vacation or no one answers. Called the insurance company a week ago to see if a claim was submitted for the window and come to find out nothing was ever submitted. I sent a message about it and still have not heard anything a week later. I wish I got the service everyone else received. This has been nothing but a nightmare. Never again with this company.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience with us. The roof and gutters were installed almost immediately after the shingles were available for your home. This was 90% of the entire project. The garage wrap was replaced immediately once your color was available (due to the large volume of people needed the same material after the large hail storm). The trim piece you are talking about is the weather stop between the garage and trim. I assigned this to our garage subcontractor the same day your let me know it had damage to it from garage wrap installation). The mistake I made was assuming it was completed immediately. When I received the text almost 1 month later letting me know it was not completed, I called the subcontractor and demanded it be done the very next day. It was completed the very next day. The window is partially my fault. I agreed we would replace it if/when the insurance approved the window. I called the original adjuster who inspected the property and he doubted the window damage. I sent the photos through our old CRM to the email address on file. I cannot verify it went through because we no longer have our original CRM. It is possible that it failed to get through. And if they never received the supplement request, then that could be my fault. If that is the case, we sincerely apologize. The only items we did not complete (of the approved insurance estimate) is the window screens and shutter stains. These were both going to be completed if/when the window (which never ended up getting approved through insurance) was possibly installed. Again, if we dropped any balls in this transaction, I wholeheartedly apologize. I can assure you it was not done purposefully or out of laziness, but simply a misunderstanding with us thinking the supplement had been sent successfully. No matter the reason, we will take this issue to heart and learn from it!

The owner of this company was polite and assured me upon his first visit he would provide a professional installation. After my first concerns presented to him regarding the workmanship of the install, I was gaslighted by him and treated in a manner that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Only after threatening him with legal action, did he respond to correcting the incorrect installation. His main concern was getting paid!!! The day he arrived with his crew to correct the install/repairs he was rude, offensive, and unprofessional. After being verbally insulted and realizing I did not want them attempting to fix/repair ANYTHING on my home, I insisted they get off of my property! He wanted final payment before the job was complete. I paid him over over $24,000 before the job was complete. I have paid Dale's roofing (the company I should have hired in the first place) to repair the mess left by Charity Restoration. I have yet to pay to have the fascia replaced/repaired professionally. I was informed by one of his crew that one of the installers responsible for the shoddy install on my fascia/soffits had been fired. I hope that no one else has to experience the distress I went through dealing with this company!!!!

After a hail storm we were left with a lot of damage to our roof, siding, gutters, lighting and solar tubes. Charity took care of it all. They helped us with every step including dealing with our insurance. Very professional and responsive through the entire process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

Charity Restoration was amazing to work with! We hired them to do our home's Christmas lighting and it was incredible. Kasey had the perfect design for what would look great on our home! The Charity Restoration team that showed up to install the lights were extremely polite and they did a great job. We are very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking Roofing or Christmas Lights! I would also like to note that they donate 10% of their profits from each job to children's charities!!

Fantastic experience with this company. This is the second year we have used them for Christmas lights. The owner and his employees are so nice and easy to work with. They make sure you are happy with everything. We added some additional lights to our trees this year and we were very happy with the new addition. Highly recommend!
