  I am a resident in an apartment complex where this company has been doing work, and unfortunately my experience has been incredibly disappointing. During my very first week after moving in, one of the workers approached me using a translation app on his phone to tell me I was pretty and ask for my phone number. I politely declined and assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, the same worker later followed me and my 2-year-old daughter while I was taking out the trash and again tried to ask me out. This time I had to be much more direct and told him his behavior was completely inappropriate, especially because he was cornering me while I was with my child. Ever since then, I feel uncomfortable whenever I see him. If he’s outside, I immediately pick up my daughter and go back inside because I no longer feel at ease around him. On top of that, the condition they leave the property in is unacceptable. After the workers leave for the day, I like to take my daughter outside to play and draw with chalk. That changed after she stepped on a nail. Thankfully, she didn’t require medical attention, but since then I’ve found numerous nails, large screws, sharp pieces of scrap metal, and piles of trash left behind for residents to clean up themselves. I now have to make sure my toddler wears shoes every time she goes outside because I can’t trust that the area is safe. No resident should have to worry about being harassed by workers or worry about their children being injured because a job site wasn’t cleaned up properly. Based on my experience, the workers were unprofessional, inappropriate, and careless. I sincerely hope this company takes these concerns seriously and does a better job holding its employees accountable and ensuring job sites are left safe for the people who live there.

  This company was hired to perform repairs at the apartment complex, where I live off south national and the experience has been very disappointing. Communication is extremely difficult because many of the workers did not speak enough English for me to explain basic safety concerns. As a result, metal shavings, roofing scraps, nails, and screws were repeatedly left scattered throughout the property. I personally picked up 19 nails and screws from the grass and directly outside my front door, and I continue to find more. This creates a serious safety hazard for both residents and their pets. The crews also leaves food waste and trash on the property after lunch. One of my dogs actually began choking on a discarded chicken bone, which is what prompted me to write this review. Another concern was the workers' behavior toward some of the younger female tenants. On multiple occasions, they appeared to approach them and attempt to get their phone numbers, which many residents found unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the workmanship may or may not be acceptable, but the lack of cleanup, disregard for safety, littering, and unprofessional conduct left a very negative impression. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and holds its crews to a higher standard. Fyi, I'm just a tenant, I am speaking up on behalf of 5 other tenants (also very upset) , I am not a manager and I'm not affiliated with either company, I'm not paying them, I didn't hire them. Just wanted to point out obvious safety concerns.

  I really wanted to have someone come out and give us information on Hardie siding and a roof replacement, however, I had one issue after another with the scheduling and poor customer service. I took time off work for the first appointment that they no called no showed to. I left a voicemail they never returned and then after several calls I finally got through to someone who apologized and explained that there was a schedule mistake on their end and rescheduled me for the following week. Today is the day of the rescheduled appointment at 4pm, I got a generic email saying that my appointment was moved to tomorrow morning without any explanation. Again, I had to call multiple times to finally get ahold of someone. She just said, "we don't have anyone that can come today." I chose to cancel my appointment at that point. If this is how hard it is to schedule a bid, then I can't imagine actually scheduling the job with them. I had high hopes with the other positive reviews and their reputation in the Nixa community.

  This company is an absolute JOKE! After being 2 months late getting started (which we had to call for updates as they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone) of course excuse after excuse on the delays. When they finally did show up the level of work performed is pretty sub par. They Ripped my internet line out of the box not Once but Twice in 3 days. They left nails and screws in the yard/driveway. Cigarette butts in my yard. I would recommend ANY other company for your siding needs as this place obviously doesn't care about the customer just the paycheck.

  Xtreme Exteriors recently replaced the siding on our house. I was super impressed with the sales process and the material. The sales team was great. Our folks were super patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went with James Hardy board, and that is a great product. Our issues came with the installation. I had pretty high expectations. The work was done and upon inspection I was able to see numerous issues. Understand I am not the expert that Xtreme Exteriors is, so if I can see issues, I'm puzzled why they couldn't. Some were basic, some just a lack of detail / craftsmanship. Some examples of simple stuff, 1. they lost our house numbers so couldn't reinstall them, 2. Exterior lights were uninstalled, and then reinstalled upside down. Again, not horrible, but probably an indicator of the skillset of the install. Some of the craftsmanship issues I found were 1. Multiple times fasteners were not driven correctly. I understand that this can happen, but a craftsman would stop and fix the problem at that point. If need be, I would expect them to remove the damaged board and get a new one from the "overage / scrap" material and proceed correctly. That isn't what seems to have happened here. Instead the worker and the lead on the job must have looked at these improperly installed fasteners, and both agreed "That's good enough". Then whomever is overseeing the job must have agreed with that assessment because that's how it was given to us. Upon notifying them, they came out and covered some of them. 2. Multiple places where caulking was mis-applied. Applied where is should not have been, not applied elsewhere, and or just mis-applied. 3. Joints not aligned / uniform throughout the install. When two boards are joined together, this creates a butt joint. This is normal. The struggle is that the joints spacing is inconsistent - meaning that some joints have a gap of 1/2 mm, and some have gaps bigger, or tighter at bottom than at top. Xtreme explains t

When our estimator called to confirm the appointment he was trying to communicate to you that he was happy to provide a quote but that a different location may produce your job since his location was really backed up from the tornado damage.

  I like to shop local when I can and I chose Nixa’s Extreme Exteriors for my new roof and siding repairs . I received a pleasant experience from bid to completion. The office staff and crew leader were very friendly. They cleaned up well after the job was completed.

  I am very pleased with the replacement siding that was completed by the xtreme exteriors workers. The whole staff was professional and good at communicating with me during this process. Would highly recommend them.

  We used Xtreme Exteriors to replace the siding on our home after storm damage, and we are extremely happy with both the experience and the finished project. From the beginning, the salesman did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be covered was approved. Communication was always clear when we reached out, and everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The crew was respectful of our home and property, and no trash was left behind. They took extra time to make sure everything laid together nicely and looked as seamless as possible. One detail that really stood out was that they chipped away some overdone mortar around our brick so the siding would lay flat and look right—even though they technically didn’t have to do that. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made a big difference in the final look. They were also very honest and transparent when something went wrong. They accidentally broke our spigot, immediately sent me a picture of it when it happened, and replaced it before the job was finished. There was no hassle and no attempt to hide the damage, which we really appreciated. During the final walkthrough, a few very minor items were noticed (a single panel that came unsnapped, a missing screw on an end piece, and one outlet trim). The manager addressed everything right away with no issues. The garage wrap was also a little wonky, and the manager decided to replace it because it didn’t meet his standards. The only downside was scheduling. They were very backlogged, and our project was pushed back multiple times due to other jobs taking longer than expected. We understand that weather and unexpected issues can cause delays, but we do wish there had been more proactive communication with updates. That said, whenever we reached out, they were always quick to respond and very apologetic. Overall, we couldn’t say enough good things about this company. We are extremely happy with the fi

  We recently had side panels installed on our house and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the process, helped us choose the best materials for our home, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. The installation itself was smooth (bar a weather related delay) - but their Office Manager, Bella stepped in and was a superstar in communicating, keeping us posted and getting things back on track!   The person who intentionally came out and gave us a quote was very nice and professional. He said it would be 4 to 6 weeks which turned into 10 weeks. I called several times and emailed the person was always nice at one point I ask to speak with project manager but he never called back. The two gentleman that came out the first time did an okay job. They left a lot metal and screws lying around and did not do the best job. After calling again and again waiting on the project manager to call me back he just sent the two gentleman back. We had some discussions and they were able to fix the problem however they did have to come back a third time. I think they are just being over worked and don’t have the proper time to do the job right the first time nor are being directed what needs to be done. Honestly don’t know that I would ever use them again.

  As a builder there are very few exterior companies I trust, and Xtreme Exteriors is the best around. They are trained with all the technical expertise to do the job correctly and within manufacturer's recommendations. They show up prepared, with industry knowledge and expertise, and at the end of the day they care about their projects.   I had an outstanding experience with Xtreme Exteriors - Nixa. In May 2024, a major hailstorm severely damaged our roof, gutters, siding, and about half of our windows. Xtreme Exteriors went above and beyond throughout the entire process. A big thanks to the office team, Nolan, and Zach for their behind-the-scenes efforts. Another big thank you to Jordan and his team for their exceptional work on the siding repair and the trim around the garage door. The window team also deserves special recognition for their meticulous efforts. They ensured the project was completed correctly and on time, leaving the interior of my house and the windows immaculately clean. They even spotted a manufacturing flaw in one of the windows and proactively ordered a replacement without me having to ask. Josh, Isaac, EJ, and Jacob were a dream team—quiet, detailed, polite, and experts in their field. Thanks to the entire staff and anyone we might have missed. (Noteworthy Xtreme - Nixa did not have a garage door offering at the time of this renovation so that was handled by a 3rd Party, otherwise they were a one stop shop)
