  I had an appointment with them on 7/31/26 at noon. I took off work for an early lunch to meet them. I waited 30 minutes but they never showed up or called to reschedule.

  Over charged me after saying the price he sent me was set. They also took several days to come do my roof after the materials were dropped off. Highly don’t recommend

  I requested a quote and spoke with the young man on the phone about what I needed done and didn’t need. None of those requests were done. Their quote was 4-5K higher than the companies that did listen. Guess who I’ll be using?

  We understand there were many issues involving communication from multiple parties over the course of this process. The inspection/estimate process is a free service provided to customers who buying or selling a home. We take many calls from buyers, sellers, and realtors for this service. It is not uncommon for a realtor to request a roof inspection for a home they are trying to sell so they can best represent the property. Among other things, this helps avoid discoveries that might impact the selling process when a potential buyer proceeds with their own inspection, as all are encouraged to do before buying a home. We understand if you were dissatisfied with the result of the inspection, but we must honestly report on the issues we find. If you need any help addressing any of these issues, please let us know.

  I put in an online request to get a quote for roof repair. They called the next day, and I shared I already had two other people coming to look. I was going to say if they didn't work out, I'd reach back out, but before I could, the person calling cut me off and said, "Ok, thank you" in a rude tone. That's not great customer service to potentially secure future business or a friendly reputation.

  I had a leaking skylight. Called Dale's and they had Taylor come by to look to give me an estimate. I did not hear back from them. After several phone messages and emails, still no response. I understand that they may not be able to help but it is really unprofessional to have zero responses.

  For the price we payed we feel as we’ve been ripped off on the front porch of our house.

  Five stars for Brandon Gill of Dale’s Roofing for excellent installation of guttering/downspouts. Brandon was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in completing the task. I also appreciate that he took the time to thoroughly clean up the area when the job was finished. Thank you Brandon and Dale’s Roofing!

  Brandon was very thorough when he came out to inspect my roof. I had another company come out before I called Dales roofing to checkout my solar panels/roof and they told me I was fine. I’m glad I got a second opinion. I definitely will always call Dales roofing first when I need an inspection after a bad hail storm.

  Dale's Roofing has been my go-to for storm damages and normal roof replacement for some time. Price is always competitive, and they get the work completed in a timely manner. Brandon has been very good about keeping in touch about any concerns or issues I might experience.

  I can’t say enough good things about Dale’s Roofing, especially Emmit J.! He has been incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond every time we work with him. He put a temporary fix on a chimney for us back in November 2025, and here we are in August 2026, and that temporary repair is still holding up perfectly! Emmit recently came back out to update our quote for hail damage so we can move forward with the repairs. He is always punctual, professional, and his communication is absolutely immaculate. He takes the time to make sure I fully understand the work, the options, and the pricing. He is fair, honest, and has never once made me feel like he was trying to price gouge us. The Big Cedar LLC Housing Department will absolutely continue using Dale’s Roofing. Having a contractor you can trust, communicate with easily, and know will do the job right is invaluable. Emmit is truly the best, and I highly recommend Dale’s Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company!

  This is the second time I have worked with Dale's Roofing and they continue to do an outstanding job. After the recent hail storm damage, they came out and replaced the roof and gutters.   Dale’s Roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with! They recently repaired a section of our roof in the extreme heat, and their team was incredible from start to finish.   The crews were all very efficient and polite. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Corey also kept me informed of what to expect each day.
