  Sales people were coming door to door thru our neighborhood. When I saw them coming up my driveway I instructed them we were not interested. We have a no solicitation sign on our front door as well. Today, I noticed despite me saying we were not interested and the no solicitation sign on my front door that Brandon Sibbett and Joaquin Charre had left their business cards under our door mat. This is extremely disrespectful as both myself as well as the sign on my door make it clear we do not engage with door to door sales people. I've seen a lot of your signs in my neighborhood and likely would have called you all for an estimate when our insurance was done, but now I will not. PLEASE work with your sales people to let them no that "NO" is an acceptable answer.

  Sorry this happened to you. When we see the no soliciting sign we do not knock but usually leave a card incase our services are needed. We do this thinking that by leaving our card, we are not interrupting or bothering anyone and being respectful to the request not to solicit. I hope you accept my apology.   First it started with Rick not being able to show the first appointment. Was rescheduled then he came early with me not being home. Was asked to Fax insurance adjusters quote, this was completed and no response. I called 3 times and text was told it was being reviewed a few times and so, I waited and this was 9/8/23 with no response still to this day. Remind you guys I checked this company out on Yelp and the BBB it had great reviews for years with no complaints showing. I truly do not know how this has happened. Worst experience. If you don’t want the job just say your to Busy! I don’t even want to give a 1…. April Stafford Ozark Mo

  2 Stars - Roofing Force I recently hired Roofing Force to replace my roof, choosing them because the initial consultation impressed me. The representative was punctual, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence. However, the project execution fell far short of what I expected, especially considering Roofing Force was the most expensive quote I received. Communication Breakdowns: Immediately after the contract signing, communication became a significant challenge. It took multiple attempts to get a simple form completed and delivered for my insurance discount. Delays and Disruptions: The roofing crew arrived for the scheduled installation date, but no materials were delivered, they had to reschedule, causing me to take additional time off work. Material shortages during installation further caused work stoppages. Lack of Oversight: Despite promises of regular on-site supervision, there was a lack of management contact throughout the project. Uneven Finish and Quality Concerns: After the roof was installed, I discovered a few issues. One was the unevenness of the new roof - while my old roof was completely flat, the new roof has visible waves. Additionally, the metalwork appeared poorly executed. These issues raised suspicions about the overall quality of the work, as they might be signs of more significant problems only professionals can detect. While Roofing Force addressed the minor issues I found, the communication problems, project delays, and poorly executed work left me disappointed and frustrated. For the premium price I paid, I expected a much smoother and higher-quality experience. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend them.

  Crazy expensive. Quoted me a $250 price on a 15 minute 6ft fascia replacement. Outrageous!! Be sure to get quote before they come out.

  I did an extensive amount of research through Google Gemini Deep Research before selecting Roofing Force. I am a Doctor of Business and enjoyed the process overall, with a few improvements needed for Roofing Force's business practices. The Great: 1. Randy from Roofing Force was by far the best part of the entire process. Randy has excellent customer service, makes himself available during all hours, and is present and active in the installation process. 2. Sub-crew for roof installation was professional and hard-working. They had our roof replaced within 2-days despite the hot summer weather. 3. The quoting process was no pressure and no stress. I contacted 5 different roofing companies, and Roofing Force was the only one that didn't use fear tactics or inferior sales tactics leading to my decision to select them for the contract 4. Consumer Education: Roofing Force has extensive resources from the website and on-site reviews to educate consumers on product availability and pros and cons of each. Needs Improvement: 1. Too much emphasis on metal roofing. It is the superior engineering solution for Missouri climates, but at double the cost of Class 4 shingles, it's not a good option for most. I recommend balancing the sales approach to include detailed PowerPoints for both metal, shingles, etc to educate consumers on the best options for their finances, home infrastructure, and specific needs. 2. Poor financing options available for Roofing Force. At nearly 10-12%, it is too high compared to the competition. I would have chosen a metal roof, at the higher cost, if they had matched competitors with 0% or low financing options 3. Roofing Force is not well-experienced in gutter guard needs and installation. The first gutter guard installed was inadequate for our roof slope and water volume, causing water to flow over the guards and rendering them useless. I was the one to identify the defect; otherwise, it would not have been caught and corrected. Required removal and
