What a great company. They are honest. Don’t do more work than they have to. They have fair pricing and care about the customer. We’ve used them at multiple homes, and have always been impressed with their service and honesty. This is a must go-to to at least get a second opinion or a quote.

I can’t say enough great things about Brian Kramer with 435 Roofing. He truly went above and beyond for my clients. They were scheduled to close on the sale of their home when a hail storm came through, and Brian stepped in and got …

Outstanding! We have used 435 Roofing on one property for a new roof and another for some additional venting. They do quality work and take pride in doing the job right, No short cuts with 435 Roofing and the worksite is spotless when they are done. Will definitely use them again!

That last windstorm blew my furnace flue cap off. 435 Roofing, Inc. had previously replaced my roof 2 years ago. When I called, they jumped at the chance to do this small repair with the same urgency they had for my large job. Consistently great to work with. Would recommend.

So happy with 435 Roofing and Lloyd (the younger one). Lloyd was never pushy and was very responsive to texts and calls. By far the best of 3 estimates that I received. Their crew was very respectful and protective of the property, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up so nicely, and the roof looks great!

This company rules! Lloyd did an excellent job inspecting and suggesting only what was needed. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. They’re reasonably priced and did great, timely work! One quote I got was scheduling a month out whereas 435 was working on it the very next week. I’d use ‘em again.

435 Roofing, Brian Kramer and his team are amazing. They were on time, did great work, beautiful new roof and sky lights. They were done in the same day, left my property clean and beautiful. We are extremely happy with the look of our new roof. I highly recommend this team/company. We also used them for the company I work for to do our entire roof.
