  The work was completed in a timely manner. Delays installing were not a big deal. The leftover roofing materials sat in my driveway for two weeks. The communication from Ameripro regarding the process was late and misleading. The communication after the install was non existent. Promises to offset powerwashing costs were made and ignored. I would have used another roofer if I could have

  They spam call and hang up to get you to call back and then they hang up on you when you tell them that your roof was replaced 6 months ago. Do not recommend based on rude customer service. Garbage practices.

  Do not use this company. Knowing that rain was coming, they did not properly cover my roof. I had water dripping in my house. There are stains on my ceiling. They simply painted over it but you can still see the stain through the paint. They did not fix the ceiling properly. They left roofing nails on my property.

  Just recently had a very big mix up where I was kept out of the loop on my mother's claim, which took about 6 months for everyone to finally be on the same page and let me know that my mother's roof claim was approved. Branch Manager, Mitch, from Overland Park, KS was very nice and understanding to where we almost decided to stay with Ameripro as our contractor, especially since their guys had already started the job. Due to the lack of communication and once I started having to deal with Julie (Quality Assurance located in Chicago), that was why we decided to stick to our contract cancelation. She is not a friendly person to deal with and doesn't try to understand their mistake and cuts you off when speaking. Definitely needs some additional training on the customer service skills.

  Got my roof replaced in Olathe KS in June 2026 by AmeriPro. Joel Hedgepeth made it easy and the crew did the roof in one day and the gutters and a small warranty fix on another day with no issues. A few texts got lost but Joel sorted it out every time. State Farm approved my claim and my only out of pocket cost was my deductible, AmeriPro didn't add any other charges or fees, and I got Class 3 shingles from Owens Corning.

  Dalton was very thorough with his inspection, made sure all damages were pointed out, as professional and respectful as they come, did a great job explaining the estimates from insurance adjuster as well, i would recommend this company every time

  Make sure that you get everything in writing. Based on our experience with this company, their communication and coordination with the insurance company left a lot to be desired. It seemed to take nearly six months to have the roof and gutters replaced. Additionally, they failed to replace the roof on the shed as originally promised. Their contractors appeared to rush the job in order to complete it in half a day, and they left nails scattered throughout the property, creating a safety concern. I would strongly recommend documenting all commitments and expectations in writing before any work begins.
