Most other roofing bids were more limited and added extra charges for basic options. They were also the only roofer I found offering a true standing seam metal roof instead of a 5V crimp panel. That made a big difference to me because a standing seam roof has a much cleaner appearance with no exposed screws showing. It also feels like a stronger long term roofing choice since exposed fasteners on other systems can need more upkeep over time. Keith came out within about an hour on a Saturday, inspected the roof, and clearly pointed out the hail damage. He explained that we had a strong case for an insurance claim and walked us through the whole process in a simple, stress-free way. He also met with the insurance inspector at our home, stayed involved during the inspection, communicated with the adjuster, and helped keep everything moving. In a short time, we had a new roof installed along with the carport roof, pool pump house roof, and new gutters. A few rainy days caused a small delay, but the roofing work was handled well and the final result looked great. What stood out most was the customer care. Keith kept us updated, answered questions, and made sure the roofing project was done right. He even went out of his way to help when our water heater stopped working on the same day as the roof replacement, helping us get a plumber scheduled quickly just to make sure it was not related to the roofing job.
