Discovered a leak during a rain storm between our house and addition. Rick came out within an hour of calling him and checked out the situation. While there was nothing glaring that was wrong with the roof and siding installation FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, Rick continued to dig and find the problem. It was decided that our siding should be reinstalled CORRECTLY (new home wrap, caulking around the windows, the works). Rick brought out his “siding guru”. We talked through the install on Wednesday and Rick had his crew out there on Monday. The job was done perfectly. They found some insufficiencies with the ice and water barrier, so Rick contacted me and we got that fixed as well. All was completed correctly in one day! Very pleased with the customer service Rick gave us! Would absolutely call him again!

My husband and I had our roof replaced in April 2026. Rick was very responsive with all communication throughout the entire project. His crew was very efficient with all of the work required especially when our roof required more extensive work than was previously expected due to more damage the was unforeseen. We were very happy with the work Rick and his team completed and would work with them again for any further projects in the future.

We got the runaround from other companies on our small roof patch job. I submitted an inquiry and Rick called back right away, came over within the hour, and we were completely done in a week! Outstanding service and really kind people.

Rick is the consummate professional- from the bid process to the completion of the work. He is very friendly and knowledgeable . He was very willing to explain anything and everything about the roof replacement process and was very communicative about timing and the work. During the job he was always around or available and very quick to respond to any questions. It was a job well done in all respects.

This was by far the easiest and most rewarding experience I've had. Having finished a complete bathroom renovation with a few issues. I was able to reach out to Roofers of MN to not only fix my issues but show me what should have been done …
