  It's been several months since I contacted this business and they came to do the roof inspection (may). We were supposed to get an estimate to get the roof replaced but we never got an answer from the contractor. We also called the main office, sent emails, left voice mails, and nothing. I understand they will prioritize people with insurance claims. It's unfortunate that we were just ignored.

  I cannot recommend Roof Rafters highly enough! They are, without question, the best roofing company in Austin. I’ve worked with them through multiple roofing issues over the years, and every single experience has been exceptional. Bruce, one of the leads, has gone above and beyond every step of the way. He is incredibly responsive, takes the time to truly listen to your concerns, and makes you feel like you’re his top priority. Having someone who communicates so well and genuinely cares makes all the difference during what can be a very stressful process. Most recently, I needed a full roof replacement, and Bruce was absolutely outstanding. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster, advocated on my behalf, and helped make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I had an incredible outcome that exceeded my expectations. Finding a contractor you can trust is not easy, but Roof Rafters has earned my trust completely. Their professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, and customer service are second to none. If you need roof repairs, a roof replacement, or any roofing work in Austin or the surrounding areas, do yourself a favor and call Roof Rafters.   Through the worst of conditions RoofCrafter's crew worked with professionalism and pride. Never slacking, cutting corners or rushing to get through they completed a great install of my new metal roof. I've been in the construction industry almost 50 years and I can't praise them enough!

  Long overdue for a new roof. RoofCrafters replaced Fascia boards and painted them on a Wednesday, delivered shingles on Thursday, and roof was replaced on house and out building on Friday. Lightning fast, and they did excellent work.

  I had a great experience with this roofing team from start to finish. They were professional and responsive, which made me feel confident in the process.
