  I wish I had the 5 star experience others had. I'd give 0 stars if I could since that's what I got from them, nothing. Texted Jeremy Kent Fri 5/30 based on a recommendation. He replied same day and we talked via phone. He showed on Tues 6/3 as planned to walk thru for an estimate. Said he'd send the estimate by end of week. I texted on 6/10 to say I didn't have it yet. Then I emailed saying the same. I texted again on 6/11 and Jeremy said he saved by # wrong and he'd send it. Come 6/18 I still didn't have it and texted him "thanks for ghosting me". No response to that as well. He also was going to do work for my aunt and didn't show as planned. He told her he was in Destin for a bit. Awful customer service. Must be rolling in $$$ to just ignore customers. Now looking for someone else. Update due to the reply from Jeremy: Couldn't connect because you suck at customer service! No estimate was ever received otherwise I wouldn't have asked for it 3x...and I still waited another week before saying you ghosted me. My number and email never changed. You could've texted a reply apologizing or saying you sent it but would try again. You just wasted my time. Change your name to Might Do Roof Works and definitely leave out integrity. 1 star still stands and is generous.

  I didn’t get my roof worked on but I got an office remodel. They gave me an extra office room. The crew worked hard and the job was beautiful!!! Jeremy himself worked on it and made sure it was beautiful. Loved the work they did. Will use services again!!!

  Jereme was thorough in his explanation of the work to be done and he sent me a written estimate quickly. His guys showed up on time the day we scheduled and did great work. They cleaned up everything before they left too. Hopefully I won't need more roof work done any time soon, but when I do I would absolutely use Roof Works again.

  I recently had windows replaced in my home by Roof Works after noticing dampness on the floor around the window. A thorough inspection was done to make sure there were no other leaks. The job was completed in a timely manner clean and professionally done.
