  DO NOT USE… a roofer from them came took shingles off, cussed out our insurance company, and to this day they have not done nothing. We are going on a year almost. We spoke to the office manger Amber who said she was taking over our case and going to fix this. Yeah fast forward a month haven’t heard a word from Amber. I’ve been quoted to fix this it would be $600 for them taking shingles off my roof. Their roofer constantly said he was going to fix it. I was told by the office manger they don’t know what his problem is and that he may not be working for them for long. Yet you still haven’t fixed the problem either. I guess they don’t care as long as you are paying. Once the insurance says no they don’t care.

  I can’t speak for everyone with this company but I totally dissatisfied with Carter Garland and his crew. They replaced my roof due to wind damage from the hurricane that passed through recently. Cuts in the shingles are crooked at best …

  Someone from this company just stopped at my property and asked if my roof was recently inspected since it looked like it was 15-20 years old. My roof was replaced THIS YEAR. Very shady. Beware.

  Waylon and his team did a great job repairing my roof where it was leaking in a timely matter. Not only did they repair the roof but also noticed a bad shingle unrelated to the leak and repaired it as well. Both repairs were done for a very reasonable price. Extremely professional!!

  Whitaker Roofing came out quickly and sent a quote just as fast. They answered all of my questions and made understanding my options, scheduling the work and then payment for work all very simple! Waylon did the inspection, came back for details needed and then eventually did the work. I loved having one point of contact through the whole process! I would work with them again! He would text and/or call, which was also super helpful to keep things moving.

  My experience with Whitaker Roofing was the best I've had with a contractor in my 56 years. From day one when Shane and Jarret came to inspect my roof things went very professional and very smooth. They did a very thorough inspection of my roof and explained everything in detail to me. They went to bat for me and dealt with the insurance company, handling everything on that end. It was a huge relief for me to not have to deal with that. When the insurance company sent their adjustor over, Jarret was here on the roof with them every step of the way. Jarret is the person I communicated with the most and he did a really good job of keeping me in the know with everything that was happening on the job. He answered any question I had and helped me with the e-sign stuff that I'm not so good with. The crew showed up when i was told they would and they did an awesome job. The cleanup at the end of the job was fantastic. I am extremely happy with my new roof. I would definitely recommend Whitaker Roofing to anyone needing a professional and thorough job done on their home.

  I recently used Whitaker to handle an insurance claim for hail damage to my roof and gutters. Heather Ridings was my adjuster and she did a phenomenal job. She did a thorough inspection of everything, taking her time to document anything caused by the hail and wind. She communicated with my insurance and was able to get the claim approved. She kept me updated on the process and was easy to communicate with and always got back to me promptly with any questions I had during the process. The roof looks amazing and the crew did a great cleanup job. I highly recommend Whitaker if you are looking for a new roof or repairs.

  Whitaker Roofing offered an excellent price and was very helpful from start to finish. Worked with Garrett, who was great to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth.
