  Paid Dallas Roof $700 for a metal roof leak repair on my farm house flat roof. They came several times without results. Had to fix the leak by myself with the proper sealant and taking my time. They gave me $100 refund after giving up. It was the worst experience with roofing ever. I am 74 years old and had to fix it myself where they as professionals would/could not.

  Initial communication very responsive and they seem reasonable priced on services. I secured appointment and made sure to be home for noon appointment. When 12:45 pm rolled around, contacted the company to see where their team was. I ended up cancelling the services once informed they would be there closer to 5 pm - 5 hours later than agreed time. If I hadn't reached out I don’t know if anyone would have contacted me about being pushed back to later time. Even though they could try to get someone there at 3:30, it wasn’t doable as I had other obligations in the late afternoon and didn’t feel they would be reliable enough to show up at later time.

  Mr William. Everything was resolved on cleaning up the 2nd day after install. We received an email stating a gutter issue we did not touch. Only thing pending was metal flashing to fix for you sir. In which we are still coming out to fix for you all. All of the other issues have been fixed. Very quick from our team. I appreciate your review.

  Siding was pulling away from my house, called them and were out the next day it was a Saturday. Great work and very professional. Will use them again if they need arises.

  Best value. Great to work with. Quality result. If you need a roof replaced, highly recommend going with Dallas Roofing. They worked with me on timing, some special repairs I requested, and delivered above expectations.

  We just had our roof repaired due to wind damage. Dallas Roofing had the best price out of all the places we called. They were extremely professional, both on the phone and in person. Mario came out the same day, matched the shingles as best as possible, and repaired our roof quickly. I highly recommend this company.

  Dalla Roofing came out before AND after a recent storm to our location and help evaluate any damage. They were quick, honest, and very helpful in letting me know the pricing and process for some minor repairs. They also had better pricing then another local Roofing company which I also got a quote from on the minor repairs. Would definitely recommend them and I will now have them on speed dial for any future roofing needs.
