  WARNING WARNING WARNING this roofing company is NO GOOD to do business with, what they advertised on social media to attract customer is completely different than their services they provided. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HIGH ESTIMATE AND TURNAROUND CHARGE 15% Charge if you're not using them. THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH LEGAL ACTION Which is they do to me and I just paid them $4,409 as a retainer. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NOT HONEST ON GIVING CORRECT DETAILS AND VERY CROOKED ROOFING COMPNAY.

Our goal is always to help our clients get the best possible outcome, and we are proud that we were able to achieve those approvals for you. Regarding the 15% fee, this was clearly outlined in the contingency agreement that you signed. This agreement specified that in the event we were successful in securing insurance coverage for your roof, you could either move forward with our services or pay the outlined fee. After we successfully secured your approvals, we attempted to reach you multiple times but were unable to get a response. As a result, we were forced to send a letter as part of our effort to resolve the matter professionally. We are more than willing to discuss any unresolved issues with you directly. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can address any concerns you may have. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service to all of our customers.

  I contacted EXP from a Facebook ad and Sta cy reached out to me. I set the time and date for noon and no showed up or follwed up after 3 1/2 hours. Only follow up was from Sta cy after I informed them of the missed appointment. Missing appointments maybe an indication. She offered to get someone out but I declined.

  Wow, you don't go roof shopping everyday, and when you are led to a company like ExP Roofing, LLC, you can't help but share the experience. My experience with this company totally exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, I knew that it was the best business decision that I have made in a very long time. The quality of the materials used, and the price quoted was competitive, but excellent for a full roof replacement. Ms. Indira Hamilton sold me with her excellent customer service and her profound knowledge of the total roofing system. When she told me about the warranty on the roofing materials and the labor, that pushed this sale over the top.
