  Do not work with them. They are only interested in replacing roofs. They actually had the audacity to tell me they won't even CHECK my roof to see if it can be repaired. Its basically "pay us a kings ransom" or we are not interested. This is DESPITE their sales representative informing me that they can assess my roof for repair. The assessment never happened because the person I was waiting for to come to my house, basically just called to say I won't come unless you are going to replace the entire thing. Extremely rude. Utter waste of time. AVOID them like the plague

  Yes Amy, like I stated from the very beginning of our interaction. We do not do foundation work. You had foundation issues along with bad wall flashing. I told you would could fix the flashing but if it turns out to be a foundation issue that you will need to find another company. We charged you the amount to re-flash the wall. It is not fair for us to be responsible for the foundation issues. You had many problems and we charged you for the work we did. We’re very sorry to hear about this experience and apologize that the leaks were not resolved after our work. We do sometimes use vetted subcontractors for repairs, but we take full responsibility for the quality and follow-up on every job. Your complaint has been escalated for immediate review and our customer care team will reach out using the contact information on file to arrange inspection, remediation, or a refund if appropriate. If you prefer quicker assistance, please contact our office and ask ito speak with the customer care manager so we can prioritize your case.

  I would not recommend Apex Roofing Solutions company based on my experience. The sales process and installation process was amazing as expected. That’s where it ends and the trouble begins. After the roof was installed, I noticed daylight showing through areas of the roof from inside the attic, which obviously shouldn’t happen. When I brought this to Andrew’s attention, he initially insisted that it was “supposed to be that way” and that it would be fine once it rained. Unfortunately, when it did rain, water actually came through those same areas, at which point he finally agreed to come back and correct it. Shortly after the installation, I also experienced a leak coming from the bathroom drain pipe that connects to the exhaust pipe protruding through the roof. It was clear that the pipe had cracked due to the exhaust vent being forced downward on the roof side during installation. I sent Andrew pics and everything where he refused to come look at it. Once again, Andrew disputed that the roofing work caused the issue. Rather than continue the back-and-forth, I ended up fixing it myself at a cost of about $3,000 as I had no choice but to get it fixed. The issue that finally pushed me to write this review happened more recently. I’m currently having painting and wood trim work done around my house. When the soffit and eave areas were opened up there was visible water damage from the inside out caused by the new roof. Once exposed, you can clearly see that water has been entering where the roofing nails penetrated. I contacted Andrew three separate times to come take a look at the issue, and he never showed up after texting and verbally commuting to appointments. It is always an excuse and never ownership or accountability from Andrew, the owner. I have since called another roofing company to make the repair at my cost. I understand that issues can happen with any project, but the real test of a company is how they respond afterward. Unfortunately, in my exp

  I had a great experience with Apex Roofing. I called around 7:30 p.m., and they had me scheduled for an inspection the very next morning. Andrew came out promptly, assessed the damage, and had everything repaired before noon. The entire process was fast, professional, and stress-free.   Over the years this team has had my back through leak after leak with my roof. After the latest one they took a good look and said it was probably time to replace the whole roof, and yesterday the team showed up and did just that. Everyone, from the owners to the guys up on my roof hammering nails, were nothing but the most respectful people to work with. I discussed the project in the morning with Victor, the project manager on site, and he answered any questions. He also told me he'd be here almost all day and he was available to answer any questions I had. Later in the day I took him up on that, and I asked if we could clear a path for my kids to come home from school and he did just that himself - and I was able to get everyone into the house in a debris free path. When they were all done with the roof they worked quickly to clean up the site and returned my home to the same state as when they showed up, but with a new roof! So glad to have worked with such an upstanding team, I would absolutely recommend you use them if you're thinking about it.
